You automatically know it’s not a good place when no one comes to your car when you pull in but everyone in the shop! I happily drive 2 more minutes to get better faster service.

Pulled into the establishment after a minor accident because I noticed my hood wouldn’t close completely immediately I was helped by the young man at the front desk he came to take a gander at the hood and within seconds its was fixed completely Thank you so much this establishment saved me a lot of time and money and I did not have to spend a dime HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Five stars all the way

Marquees was of no help and did not have any friendly customer service basically dismissed us so fast once we got there yet we got there well before the location was going to close, you had employees just sitting around in which could have assisted with a simple oil change this not a establishment you want to bring business too let me save everyone a trip before disappointments come

If I could rate Firestone a 0 I would! I am so frustrated time and time again by how poor, not only at their customer service mannerism, but especially their auto service as well! I came in to get an alignment and left with struts making noises and a screw in my front passenger tire! They were saying they couldn't do anything for me lying to me and gave me pushback every time I try to find a solution. I waited patiently for 4 hours and left completely unsatisfied that my 1 car issue just got a whole lot worst! Unacceptable and need this issue fixed ASAP!
UPDATE! The area manager Dominic Murga got in contact with me who was a big help in insuring that my issues was heard and appreciated. He gave me a free oil change for their incompetence and will correct the employees.

Came in for a leaky tyre, waited for 2hrs to have someone take a look at my car and salesman comes back with no leaks found statement and won’t even change my tyre even though I said it leaks. Total time waste. Avoid this place, will save you time and money.

The staff was very knowledgeable. The service was fast and fairly priced. I went to a KwikKar prior who said they had the freon I needed and I went there and they did NOT have it and was a wasted trip. THIS staff at Firestone was reliable, friendly and I will trust them with my car again.

I came in to discuss new tires and was given a number of options and picked one. I had them installed, car aligned, and motor oil and filters done and got my car back in a couple hours with no surprises. I use this store for all of family vehicles and have always been treated fairly.

Had an online appointment and was there on time.Waited in the office for about 15-20 minutes.No body responded,received or asked me the why I was there! Had to leave the place with disappointment.Worst customer service.Will never be back!

I made the mistake of going to a smaller shop in the area to have work done. They ended up causing me more issues and was nothing but a headache. I made the decision to give Firestone shop a chance instead of continuing to work with the other shop. Jake was extremely friendly, solved my problems, and most importantly, treated my vehicle with care as if it was his own. They’ve earned a customer for life.

I took my vehicle to several places with issues. Jacob evaluated my concerns and in detail, explained and discussed the issues I was experiencing. Not only did the issue get resolved but he went above and beyond to accommodate my issue. He showed an incredible willingness to get the job done. Any price is worth the care that was provided for the service I received.

This specific franchise has proven exceptional technical repairs -- subject to their acknowledged constraints--, comfortable waiting area (including coffee and good performing wifi), very patient and polite customer facing staff--both technically knowledgable and good EQ, and charges are lower than a dealer where the work quality of Firestone is equal to if not better than others we used for a Prius and RAV.
