Had an appointment. Arrived an hour early and was told there was one care in front of me and that it would take about an hour. This was fine as that would put me at my initial appointment time. An hour and a half pass and the car that was in front of me had not even been started. I waited another 30 minutes and still nothing. Wasted two hours of my time. This shop is the slowest.

Im in the service and hospitality industry so I hate posting negative reviews, but I wont be going here again and want to warn others. I've brought both of my vehicles here and the first I needed 3 tires replaced, since it's suggested you have it even I opted in for four. It was only after 3 were put on I was informed they didn't have a 4th. I knew very little abt cars at this point, but knew that it's not recommended and asked if they had a different one or if we should change all 4. No, they would order the 4th and call me when it was ready to be put on, surprise, surprise this never happened. Not a big deal, but now I know after yesterday that it's customary to know this info beforehand (you should be aware of your inventory) and go over options prior to installation, just bad form. Now, yesterday we had a flat due to a nail, wanted to see if we had a warranty and talk options. My husband calls and is immediately interrupted and the girl said "hold on" and puts him on hold. The attitude from the get was atrocious. I take over the call and try to be precise (maybe she was busy hence the rudeness) and it was like pulling teeth trying to get info out of her. Not helpful, not pleasant. Like I understand you may hate your job, but don't take it out on me for simply wanting to be a paying customer. After the convo she says they would need to look at it, even ensure it's their tire (again the way she said it was condescending) we told her we'd be by. Now we drive over on a doughnut, which you are not supposed to drive for very long and go in expecting to go over what was said in the phone call and she said they are too busy at that location, come back tomorrow or try another location. We called you specifically to discuss us coming for this service, you couldn't tell us you weren't able to accomplish it while I told you we were coming on the phone?!! Rude in all the ways. We went to discount tire in nrh after this and were assisted kindly and promptly, a vast difference in the times we've been at this location. I hope she was just having a bad day, but the pattern here is that service associates seem to care less and you're dis-servicing them by trying to receive service.

Seems that they are understaffed, specially on the weekends. If you make an appointment for the weekend through the app for a special service other than tire repair, balance or alignment, make sure to call and confirm they can perform what you are needing, as they will not tell you that they can’t do it until your arrive to the store and you may have wasted your time/day.

My fiancé took her car here for a new tire and an alignment because of uneven wear. They quoted her 2000 dollars worth of repairs. I took it to a family friend’s shop and they said there was nothing to indicate a repair of that cost or any repair at all. Good job trying to take advantage of a girl who wouldn’t have known better otherwise

Do not go here. I had my car serviced for an oil change and break check. The day I had the oil change done, I had an appointment but I didn’t get my car back till 7 hours later and they never put the oil change sticker on the window. They didn’t install the oil splash guard correctly so it got destroyed on my way home and when I pulled into the garage, the splash guard popped off. I took the splash guard up to Firestone the next day and the guy at the desk said he would order the part on Monday when the dealership opened. Come to find out after I put in a negative survey, the store manager called me and told me they never put in an order for a new splash guard so she did it her self. They contacted me a few days later after the part came in, and I scheduled an appointment the following Monday at 9am to have them fix it. I arrived at 8:45am and they pulled my car into the bay and put it on the lift but after an hour and a half I asked the guy at the desk how long before the car will be ready and he went to check. Come to find out the mechanic didn’t even know what he was supposed to be fixing on my car so for an hour and a half it just set on the lift. Once they finally figured out what was being fixed, they pulled my car out but the guy behind the desk didn’t even realize the car was done till I had to say something. This store has ruined the Firestone brand and I will never use a Firestone ever again. Do not use this store!!Service: Oil change

I came here due to the check engine light came on, the light was solid but I got it checked anyway. The technicians did not work with timely manner and did not stand with their competency. A few day after the light came on again but I did not trust this place to get it fixed again. I went to another location and they found out the previous technician make the loose connection so that issue remained. After the second time fixing it, I gave up when the light came again.

Broke the logo off our tires and used scotch tape to tape it back on. When we brought it up they said it was there when we came in. In fact I made this account just to say how horrible it is go anywhere else DO NOT COME This was in 2019

1. They charged me for a failed state inspection.2. They said if i came back withing 15 days i would recieve a free inspection. But they constsantly gave me a run around. Probaby to stop me from recieving a free inspection. 3. It doesn't take 3 hrs to get seen with only a couple of cars waiting before you, for an inspection.

This is the third Firestone that I have reached out to to try and get a tire repaired that we bought from Firestone and I've sat on hold with these people for 15 minutes just to be turned down because they don't have time. If the tires would have been bought from a discount tire I can go to any of them and get it fixed with no problem.

Come if you want someone to lie to your face with the “I don’t want to serve you” attitude.I was a loyal Firestone customer. I have been using Firestone to service all my three cars for years in another city without any issue. Recently, I moved to DFW area. One of my cars was due for oil change, without a second thought I took my car to Firestone (Grapevine). For some reason, the technician at the Grapevine location could not reset my service indicator after the oil change and ask me to contact this Firestone location, which I was OK with. I called this location and talked to a lady, explained what happened and asked for the help to reset my service indicator. She said they cannot do it. In order to reset the service indicator, I have to do another oil change, which makes no sense to me because the oil change was just done by another Firestone location. But she insisted the oil change is required. I felt she was no help and decided to call again and hoping someone else to pick up the phone. This time, a guy answered. He said of course someone can take a look at my car and asked me to make an appointment so that they will be prepared. It would be a happy ending if that was the end. However, not too long after my conversation with the guy, that same lady that I talked to earlier called me back. She asked me to take my car there early in the morning when they open. I asked if I could take my car in at noon since I have a day job to do, and cannot make it in the early morning. She responded like she cannot guarantee the technician will be available to check my car since they are always busy during the day. I asked if we could make an appointment, it does not have to be today or tomorrow. She replied that they can NOT make an appointment for this. I was like I was just asked by the guy to make an appointment and we have made one already. And then she changed her lie to “ oh there is no appointment available”. Shocker! Firestone has no appointment available! While I was still in shock, she “kindly” offered that she will speak with other locations and see if they can take care of my car and call me back. Then I finally realized that she just wanted to make my life harder by saying she cannot make appointment/no appointment available, and wanted to end the call and push me away and by saying she will contact other location. Of course, she never called me back.This experience really bothers me since I was a loyal customer to Firestone, and that’s why I decided to leave this review.

Not a fan. Asked about getting the windshield wiper fluid topped off with my oil change and tire alignment, which they assured me was standard protocol. They called me to say my vehicle was ready to pick up and there was still no windshield wiper fluid and they hadn’t changed out the sticker so that I would know when to get my next oil change. Which makes me wonder did they even change my oil or did they just have my car sitting there for a few hours since the windshield wiper fluid wasn’t refilled and I didn’t have a new sticker. You would think this would be standard operating procedure to change the oil, change the sticker and check all the fluids. I have lost faith in the Firestone brand and will definitely not be using this company again. The one good thing I have to say is the front office staff was nice. And they were decently quick at the tire alignment and oil change. But again, however, not sure that any of it even happened since the two things that I was there for I had to specifically request once I picked up my carServices: Wheel alignment
