Nothing bad about this branch specifically but overall this bank is awful. I had fraud on my account on Monday it was my son’s birthday and my account was negative. I was scammed over $700 and when I called to file a claim they wouldn’t make a claim on one of the charges because it was pending. After all the wait they wouldn’t even credit me back while the investigation went on. I couldn’t pay for my son’s gift because of this. They still charged me an overdraft fee and the only thing they said I can go get a temporary card. There’s no point if my account is negative. I did that on Monday I called Thursday just to be told no one has reviewed my case it’s still pending. I will be closing my account once this is resolved and also leaving a review with the BBB.
And also I received a check from a former employer and they wouldn’t take the check because it “felt” fake. Can’t wait to get over this.

Due to the poor customer service unfortunately, I had to close my business account after nearly 10 years. They left one penny! one single cent in the account, rather than closing it after I had requested it, be closed. Three months later I get a letter in the mail that says I owe them $73 lol, because of the late fees, and interest due on the one penny that they left in the account. Not only is this terrible business practice it should be illegal.

Generally services are good. The website states that bank will close at 6.30 pm on Thursday but found closed at 6 pm although staff was there. Website should be updated to 6 . This is regarding ist con bank at Bedford tx branch .

I have been banking with them for years. I have personally had over $350,000 go through that bank and no overdraft fees. I made a mistake and had one check go through a day early and 3 other charges went through costing me $102 in fees. I spoke to the AGM and he was not willing to help at all. I am closing my account ASAP and moving to a real bank who cares about their customers. I would not even recommend them to to my enemies if I had any!GO ELSWARE!!
