I have been a member in fitness connection for over 5 years. Bedford location is usually my stop on the way home. I just want to make people aware to please lock your belongings in the locker room. I thought people with gym ethic don't steal from a health institute. Karma will haunt them. Stay storng?

I’ve emailed, & I’ve sent in this info in a survey, and at the end of the survey it asks for you to leave a review. So here’s my honest review.
Pros: close to work, close to friend, variety of equipment is nice, enjoy safety of the women’s area, dry sauna is nice amenity, not super busy so less noise. Nice morning staff.
Cons: Dirty. The showers and dressing areas are gross. Eyelashes and what I hope is soap stuck to the walls. Hair everywhere and it stinks in there. There was a dead mouse/rat in the parking lot this morning and my friend looks at me and says, “you think he came from there [the gym]?” Deadass. The equipment is sometimes torn up and no one seems to put the weights back where they go so you may trip over them, even in the bathroom areas.

Wow I cannot believe the customer service and their audacity to treat potential customers this way. I signed up for a 5 day pass online because I was looking for a new gym. As I arrive, I sign documents and what not and instantly they try getting me to sign up and pay right away while I haven’t even done a single workout or get a feel for the gym. I asked the employee if she can just write all this information down regarding pricing and fees so I can make an informed decision later and she replied, “why don’t you wanna just pay now? It’s only $ dollars?” I’m not gonna pay for something when your club advertised a 5 free day pass. I came here to get a feel for the gym!! Then as I’m about to work out, she tells me I cannot workout because my state issued ID is not from Texas (currently a graduate student here). I drove 20 minutes to this gym to only waste my time. You would think a gym would have better customer service.. goes to show they only care about sales rather than letting customers enjoy what they advertise online. Unbelievable.

If you have a discrepancy with your credit card they will send you to collections. So if you get a new credit card and payment doesn't go through, they keep attempting to charge you instead of just canceling your membership. Then send you to collections?
The Question to EOS and it staff is, would YOU want to be sent to collections for an unused gym membership?? Don't act like a Soulless Corporation; Treat people like you want to be treated.
