Great gym, could change a few things around but altogether not bad. Add a few more specific machines. Had a killer workout

I considered switching my membership from planet fitness to this gym, so I signed up for a 5 days free trial. I also had my mom visited me from Florida at the time I got the free pass so I signed one for her too. The front desk guy doesn’t seem to welcome us at all and he would ask why we were there for on the second day of our 5days free trial!!Because the big is bigger than the one that I usually go to, so I would like to spend more time here exploring the gym before signing up. From what happened today, the front desk person doesn’t allow my mom to use the equipment at the gym because she has a Florida ID. We would only be working out an hour max, and by letting us in what would be your cost and we did nothing wrong we have to right to work out since we have the pass! You definitely lose us as a customer

By far the most friendliest gym (staff) I have ever been to. It’s a good vibe with plenty of space to workout even during peak hours. 10/10

Was her on a 5day free trial pass. The people are so friendly. They treated me the exact same way they treated everyone else who walked in the door. It's very big and extremely clean. I noticed everytime I was in there that they had cleaning staff there all day. This place also has a woman only section that's private.I highly recommend you tryout this gym.

Fitness Connection is a gym suited primarily for costumers who workout with machines & stationary cardio equipment. However, if your gym time is more focused on lifting weights via free weights & cables then you will disappointed. I’ve been to many gymsin life & have never seen weight benches with so much poor quality. They feel extremely awkward to use for more advanced exercises. Spider curls, incline rows & reverse flys are a few examples that are negative effected by the width of the bench & the material used for it. Not to mention, there’s only about 3-4 benches that feature the ability to adjust the height. It takes me about 10-20 mins to get one for these benches most of the time due to the high demand for them. The cable machines also are not allowed to go down all the way so doing exercises like cable curls & front raises are also awkward.Anyways, outside of that. The gym is alright. For me, it’s 1-2 stars but thats bc my personal choice to rely on free weights & cables. If you’re here for basketball, treadmills & machines & not for weight training then the gym will probably be 3-4 stars for you.

Thank you Sasha for helping with my membership activation. It took less than 15 minutes to get it done. Great job. This gym is so cleaned . Gotta love all of the new and variety of equipments .Hope members will help with keeping it clean even though I see cleaning crew constantly wiping the machines.I hope the gym will be 24/7 again since closing at 10pm is a downer.

The staff here is always very kind. Even when it's busy, which is between 4pm-8pm on week days and 12pm-5pm on weekends, there are still plenty of cardio machines open. Sometimes the racks are taken, but there are a lot of other options available for lifting. The locker room, sauna and showers are generally clean and tidy.

It's a nice gym. Great price, staff and honestly awesome gym etiquette by most people here. I only wish their hours were a bit longer, like 4-11, but it doesn't ruin the gym experience.

When I signed up, I paid for a full year and was charged a second time one month later. The employees had no idea what they were doing and now I'm having trouble getting a refund because they didn't know how to set up a paid in full membership. Currently I would not recommend them when so any other gyms ate available. I just want them to refund the amount overcharged.

Bad customer service. Too crowded at certain times throughout the day so you end up having to wait for machines. Still haven't returned to 24 hours which was the final straw. A pool and sauna would have been very nice and what happened to the kickboxing classes why do all your gyms not have consistent amenities? I was disappointed when i visited both the Bedford and Arlington locations. Cancelled and came to EOS and i love it so far. A pool, sauna, massage chairs, towel service and more what's not to love. I use to LOVE Fitness Connection but they have gone downhill since COVID.

Came to try out the 5 day pass and the staff was very friendly and gave clear directions on how the gym was laid out. Very clean and nice environment. Plenty of machines and has an overall great atmosphere.

I absolutely love this gym. The staff are friendly, the machines are up to par, and it is clean, but I hate that they aren’t 24hrs anymore. With the way my schedule is, working out a little later would be best for me, so I’ll have to end up canceling my membership and go to EōS fitness, since they’re 24hrs.

One of the most recent review for Fitness Connection is misleading. They absolutely are not 24h. When I asked the 5am employee, she said “we won’t be for a while”.Other than that, clean gym. Lots of equipment. I’ve been a member at this location for 3+ plus years.EŌS fitness just opened down the street. Much smaller gym but I only got a membership there because THEY ARE 24 HOURS. I pay 3 times as much there just to get a 3am-4am workout. As soon as Fitness Connection becomes 24H again, I’ll be cancelling with EŌS.

I was apprehensive about coming here because it always looks packed. During Covid I would see a bunch of meat head looking guys still packing the place when driving by.I finally decided to give it a shot because my whole family goes here and I'm someone who is much better about going to the gym with some accountability.Pros: 1) this gym is cleaner than any 24 hour fitness or LA fitness that I've been. People seem a little more respectful here; there isn't gum or trash left on any machines, floors or locker rooms. 2) There is a good variety of machines. One I like I've only ever seen before at the UTA gym, it's like an elliptical but can go with wide strides so kind of like a mix of skiing. There's lots of cable workout options and a giant TRX system. 3) The employees are friendly and not pushy at all. 4) Despite what I saw from the outside before, it's really not a bunch of "meat heads." I've yet to hear anyone yell, drop weights, or block off a bunch of the free weight area. People seem pretty chill. 5) Can't beat the price for the quality of equipment that you get. 6) Nice shower area. 7) There's a women's workout space that includes a cardio room and you can get to it through the women's bathroom or the regular gym floor. 8) Haven't found many busted machines. 9) Automatic toilet flushers; non-flushers had been an issue at other gyms. 10) Sauna 11) the app is really easy to use once you fiddle with it a little. It hooks up to my FitBit, and has competitions. Just a little extra motivation. 12) the free WiFi is actually good and easy to get on to.Cons: 1) no pool. 2) the CLOCKS! Funny enough, but only one clock is right in the whole gym. It's a little annoying to keep looking at my phone. It also feels a little sexist (half joking) that the womens' workout room is set to be like 20 min ahead...trying to tell us something? ? 3) They don't leave the classroom unlocked when there aren't classes. I really like being about to go in there for things like free weights on steps by myself or just the few other people that like to use that space. There's not a lot of places here to set up a little station to workout, stretch, jump rope etc. without feeling crowded or in the way. The little grassy area is about all you can get and it feels awkward. 4) The womens' workout area lacks enough space for free weights/stretching. There's two chairs in front of the free weights in there, and they are almost always taken. You have to cram in between a chair and the squat machine or be out in the middle of everyone's way. 5) The women only cardio space is a theater but I've yet to see them play anything in there. It would be cool if they played "womens" movies all the time (Thelma and Louise, Hidden Figures, Bridesmaids, Steel Magnolias, Kill Bill, etc.) 6) could use an extra rowing machine or 2 in cardio and a few less bikes (so many bikes!)Overall, I feel like I get a good value for what I pay, the place is clean, I like the equipment, the employees are helpful and not pushy. None of the cons are deal breakers. That's 5 stars for me. (But please for the love of all that is holy-FIX THE CLOCKS!)
