I was trying to see why my credit card wasn't working but there is no way to find out anything when the bank is closed the number on the card is useless what a hassle after hours weekends holidays if you have a problem with your card guess I have to wait till the bank opens.i have never had a credit card like this can't even do anything on line except apply for a credit card or pay on one but forget about help when there is a problem with one

Horrible mobile application it barely works . Horrible customer service . They make you wait on hold for over hours and never call back . Would not ever recommend this bank to anyone.

I recently had to deal with FTWCCU to close down one of my moms bank accounts after she passed away. The people I worked with at the Bedford branch were not the least bit helpful. I received a ton of push back, lack of communication, and ended up having to make four separate trips up there to get everything taken care of. The last trip in to the bank was due to them completely blowing me off and I had to go in to find out what was going on. I was shocked by how poorly they treated me as one of their members. I wouldn’t recommend the Bedford FTWCCU to anyone. Terrible customer service!UPDATE TO YOUR RESPONSE: If you are actually planning on investigating this issue, please reach out to me. I have an auto loan and just recently changed insurance providers. My agent and I have made attempts to provide updated insurance info but they insist on purchasing $9000 coverage. This credit union is impossible to contact. Ive even attempted to email their loan department and the CEO through their site which was not operational. This is the only way to get any companies attention anymore.I wanted to write an update to my previous review. I did indeed receive a phone call from Mark this morning inquiring about my negative review. I expressed my concerns to Mark regarding the inability to contact or communicate with them. He showed concern and compassion to the difficulty in which it takes to get in contact with them. He also gave me his direct contact for any needs in the future.

It was absolutely the worst banking experience I've ever had. I made 4 phone calls in 24 hours with promises of callbacks even from supervisors with not one call back. This was after being told the situation would be taken care of over a month ago and was not. If you're looking for a bank that absolutely does not care about their customers, this would be the perfect bank for you. If not, I would choose a different institution.

Nobody will answer the phone at any location!!!! They put you on hold with an automated system. I still have no idea how to get a hold of anyone there. I need an overnight payoff address.

I have been a member of FWCCU, previously Fort Worth Federal Credit Union, since the late 50's, early 60's when my father had his office next to the newly opened FWFCU office in the basement of the Federal Courthouse in Fort Worth. I have their original account book from back in the mid 50's they used for account entries. My parents obtained accounts for myself and each of my brothers, but I did not start using my account on a regular basis until the 80's when offices became available in Arlington where we lived at the time. Even though I now live in Decatur, Texas, I continue to use them as my main banking account and will continue to do so. Great place to do banking. Highly recommend FWCCU.

Very disappointed with two separate interactions with this bank. Have been with them for 7 years with both a checking and savings accounts. My husband passed away suddenly and went to deactivate his card and to alert them that he had passed so they could flag any fraudulent charges that may come through. They proceeded to CLOSE our JOINT account without telling me. Handed me a check. So on top of losing my husband, I had to open another account so I could receive my paycheck and pay my bills. 2nd interaction was me trying to deposit an overpayment check that was written in my husbands name from the insurance company. They would not accept it because he doesn't have any account there. They offered me no help whatsoever. So disappointed at the true lack of customer service. They were very cold and not the least bit helpful on either occasion.

Super unhappy with Ray however, Tina and Jessica have been fantastic. Mark came down to talk to me face to face. I was nice to feel supported and have my options explained to me.

Tina Howard was so nice and caring in answering my questions after my spouse passed away. We have done business with FTWCCU for decades and I wouldn’t use another bank. I appreciate the fact that they take great care of their customers no matter the circumstance. Thank you.

I usually don’t leave a comment on any business but this has gone far enough! I have repeatedly been charged nsf fees for pending transactions of funds that were available at the time of being charged!! I’m so heated by the lack of compassion for one’s hard earned money. I spoke with 3 representatives 1 on Tuesday, that totally understood my valid point. Emailed her supervisor with verifying evidence of the problem to only be disregarded. Here it is Thursday and still no result. Spoke with the other 2, 1 being a supervisor to only be disregarded. $99 In nsf is a lot for money that was there to begin with. I had 16 transactions go through in one day. Needless to say the transactions were supposed to be covered before all the nsf fees were applied. It’s not the first time this has happen to me. Every time I’ve had to bite the bullet because they’d rather go back and forth than honor what’s in black and white.(transactions). I’ve tallied up all transactions before the fees occurred to still have a positive balance. I would like to have the issue settled. I’m tired of having to pay fees because of how transactions are being processed through you guys. Even if they process at different times I don’t spend more than is available.
