Horrible experience!!! I came in showing them a picture of the nails I wanted. No answer and then they said yes, we can do it. I change the color to the demo they had “ thinking I would get the same design” to get a horrible job for 50 dollars!! ( I wish I would have done 0 starts)

I got my nails done and honestly they are so ugly I want to cry I will be going back up there tomorrow and having them fix them bc they are supposed to be for my baby shower and they are hideous I can’t stand them.
I posted pictures below what I wanted vs what I got
Edit!!!! They fixed my nails and I will say Nicole was very nice about it and she fixed them to my liking ! So I will be going back and giving them another try Nicole thank you so much and I’m much much happier

I came yesterday to my appointment at 5 pm. I will be getting engage next weekend, so I wanted a simple design that looked cute, delicate and elegant. Fist of all, today at 12 pm the nails where already chipping (not even 24 hours have passed). I didn’t do anything rough for them to be ruined this fast. Normally, when I get dip or gel, they last for around 2 months. Secondly, I asked the lady for almond shape, she said she would do oval because they were not long enough. They were a good length for her to do it, but I trusted her and I said yes. The chape was not the best. I also asked for a simple black French. When she started, I advised that the French was too thick, but she said it was too late and that she couldn’t fix it. I was kind of annoyed, but it was around 6 and they close at 7, therefore I didn’t want to bother too much. I honestly was not satisfied, on how they looked. They don’t look professional for the $58 dollars I paid (I got dip and gel). I tend to be too nice, so at the moment I didn’t said anything thinking maybe they will grow on me. I decided to write a review the moment the stated chipping. Now, I have to go somewhere else to get this fixed before my engagement. Never coming back again.

I never leave reviews but it makes me incredibly sick to my stomach that I spent $100 on this. A week ago today my daughter and I went to get our nails done here and this is what they look like this morning. My daughter’s toes weren’t even fully painted. My toes chipped immediately when my toes have always lasted minimum two months. My nails have broke off no problem. No pain. I’m a teacher, I’m not rough on my nails and they normally last three weeks. You can see it didn’t even leave residue on my nail. Popped straight off. $100 for this!!!! Family pictures today and having to drop money on all new sets. Very disappointed and will not go back.

Great job and price. But the place had a fowl odor. No frills here but good customer service. Without odors, Iwould have given them a four. They need to have frills, e.g., bar for a 5.
