Great selection of comics and TCG products, the biggest issue is they overcharge for their products, they have $20-$25 gundam kits for $40, deck boxes, playmats and card sleeves are a few dollars over everywhere else, boardgames are based off eBay pricing, and the worst one is they are selling brand new MTG commander deck from new sets that are msrp for ($70 for regular and $130 collector) and instead are selling them at $100 for regular and $400 for collector based off TCG prices because “we didn’t get a lot in and don’t want people flipping them”~ quote directly from the manager, which is hypocritical, all in all very well stocked store just needs better buisness practices.

Bin divers, what you all want to know is: How are the back issue prices at Generation X? Honestly, TOO HIGH. I was pretty shocked. So I won’t be shopping here again, BUT I’m giving a few stars because single issues were organized well and had a wide selection despite the bloated costs. Not thrilled with the shop overall. So a pass for the experienced and passionate bin fans out there, better hunting spots in the area.

This is a bit of an update. I initially gave this place 1 star. I hadn't planned on returning, but a friend from Hawaii wanted to check it out and... I'M GLAD I DID.It's been about four years since my last visit and it seems like a lot has changed for the better.The staff is attentive, but doesn't hover— I hate that.They had a pretty decent selection of things.I will be returning in the future.

If you're looking for a LGS, look no further - you've found your new one. Generation X runs EXCELLENT prerelease, has a great selection of cards, and is always looking to innovate. A fantastic selection of board games, paints, minis, books, manga, and more to take back home with you after you've played a few rounds. I wish they ran booster draft on Fridays, but the times have changed and I guess I'm an old head.

Came in for the first time today and it wasn’t what I was expecting! A lot of great finds and the staff were very friendly! I would’ve bought something but wanted to save money lol. Certainly next time though!

It’s nice that they offer Pokémon card commons, but they overcharge in comparison to other local shops, and the person at the register today was *super* rude. He clearly didn’t know what he was talking about, refused to listen, and spoke condescendingly. Horrible experience. I’d rather go elsewhere or shop online.

I really like Generation X. It’s a great place to find folks to play the same card games as you, which I do not. I go for the comics inventory, and it’s good, though slightly more expensive than I’d prefer. If you really want to see those back issues, price them like you want to sell them, guys
