Goodwill Donation Station - Central Drive is a donation drop-off location that has received mixed reviews from donors. Many visitors appreciate the generally helpful staff, noting that they usually encounter a friendly lady who meets them at the door and assists with donations. This positive experience contrasts with occasional encounters with an older man who can appear grouchy and unhelpful, which some donors find disappointing. The facility itself has been described as somewhat messy and disorganized, reflecting the fact that customers often contribute to the clutter. However, the staff's attitude can vary; some donors have experienced less pleasant interactions, feeling that staff members appear uninterested or even rude when approached, particularly if they bring in donations or seek assistance. One reviewer recounted an incident where they felt unwelcome, with staff questioning the reason for a donation and seeming annoyed, which left a negative impression. Despite these issues, many donors have been consistent over the years, trusting that donations are accepted smoothly. Overall, while the location offers a convenient donation spot, the experience can depend heavily on the staff member present, with some visitors feeling that the service could be more friendly and organized.
Great experience today (Sat) with drop off. There's usually an older man that's really grouchy and not helpful. Today there was a really nice lady that met me at the door and was really nice and helpful.
