This goodwill has set up a display at the front of the store and are unwilling to sell the priced items in the display. I was yelled at by an employee and told those things were for display only. It is a small flower arrangement for $4.79. Why in the world would they not sell the donated goods when that is why you go to goodwill.disappointed in this goodwill. It has also majorly increased its prices. I will be visiting other thrift stores.

This is not the best goodwill out there probably one of the worst that I have ever been to. This was our first time to a goodwill in this area and not a great first impression. How can you put furniture on the sales floor with no price? It doesn't make sense and then after I inquired about it, they said that it would be priced tomorrow. The prices are ridiculous for clothes that are dirty and have stains. This store definitely needs to be more organized and price items before placing them on the sales floor especially because some people do not live in the area. We live over 2 and a half hours away. I think I will definitely stick to the goodwill outlet in Fort Worth when I come to DFW. Stopping at the regular goodwill stores isn't even worth my time sadly.

Prices are the same as upscale cheapskate and Plato’s closet- but those locations don’t get their clothes for free and also have better quality clothing

Don't understand how furniture that was donated for free can only be sold under certain circumstances. Had a price on it and everything but they wouldn't allow it to be sold.

Two stars due to management. Pricing is weird. Shirts that are typically $2.39 at other goodwills are $5+ at this location. That being said, dresses are normally $10 at other stores and this location had them for $6.99. I did find some cute stuff though.
I can get past inconsistent weird pricing, my biggest issue was a dressing room situation. I came in the store at 4 pm and saw the opening to the dressing room had racks in front of it. I shopped for an hour and was ready to try stuff on and be done. I asked an employee about the dressing room and was told it was closed. So I asked a lady at the register who said the same thing but wouldn’t explain why. So the cashier called the manager and the manager told me they closed the dressing rooms due to cleanliness and safety of customers. As you can see in the pictures, the only thing in there was the racks blocking entry. She stated an employee was in there cleaning it right now and if it gets clean before close it would reopen, but they were short staffed so it probably wouldn’t happen. She also said I can buy stuff now and if it doesn’t fit, I could go through the hassle of returning it (only to get store credit, not my money back.) I told her I don’t buy anything without trying it on due to sizing inconsistency with clothes and asked if there was an alternative option for customers to try things on. She literally walked away from me and went to the back. I then stood by the dressing room for 30 minutes waiting, not a single person came to “clean,” and it wasn’t until other customers complained about the same thing that the manager moved the racks and reopened the area, without once “cleaning” the stalls. So it was never unclean or unsafe, the manager just didn’t want to open the rooms back up for whatever reason. I thrift at least once a week, most of the time more, I likely will not return back to this location due to the laziness and unprofessionalism of the manager.

I go to this goodwill often, never had any issues here.
Today a customer was an absolute dick to one of the employees (Tiffany) after trying to skip the line. Tiffany handled it fine and corrected the matter. Then that customer was further nasty by asking for her name and implying he’d complain to someone and that she was rude by not letting him skip everyone. I had some not so nice words for him to which he said he “expected that of me” which I took as something to do with my race or something. That customer then took a bunch of photos of my license plate for some reason.
I’m only writing this in case that guy complains to someone in hopes that this review will counteract his actions.
The employees here have never been anything but kind and helpful. Been living here for 7 years now and regularly visit this location.

Just today I had a customer who said it was her first time in this Good Will and she said it was very clean and nice employees. I told her to do a review on us. She said she will be back.

Stopped by earlier today for some last min items. As i'm checking out, Tiffany seemed like she was doing something on the register so I kindly asked, If she was open?? Cashier Tiffany paused and just deadass just rolled her eyes right at me and started scanning my things. I let this lady know, you could have just said no..? like I could of went to the next lane? Not that hard lol I just don't get people who have a job but yet have this attitude towards BUYING customers.

Ironic that a “Goodwill” store , that sells donations, is open to the public, when other businesses are close today January 9/2025 in DFW , due to an artic storm. Goodwill?

The lady at the donation station was a bit rude or maybe tired, but was not welcoming at all.
