I was looking like Snoop Dogg little lost brother!!!! You are like Iceman and Tom Cruise on TopGun!!! You are so amazing smooth at cutting and Styling hair!!!! Its is time for the CEO of Great Clips to definitely roll out the silk Bugatti red carpet!!! You need to receive a 24 carrot gold grammy for your hard earned work!!!!! You are the Goddies of Stalling hair and cutting it!!!!! Your mind is more brilliant than Einstein !!! You cut hair 20×50 better than any Black barber I have ever met!!!! Came on a whim to get my 2 yr old & 4yr old hair cuts and WOW. They did a phenomenal job. Maria and Karina cut their hair- it looks better than when I’ve taken them to a place that boasts a “kid salon.” We WILL be back!

Worst place ever. The staff are so bad. No skills at all. My 4 year son got his ear cut and ignored everything we told them to do for my other son. Terrible experience overall. Definetely do not recommend and will not be returning for sure.

My first incident with this location involved my children. I sent them with there grandmother to get haircuts and she came here as is was closest to my house. The haircuts were atrocious. My mom asked for then to be fixed, and she was given attitude back. After this visit, I made note not to take them back and that was that untill last night. I went to the location at 530 pm. I had popped in there on my way home from work. Got asked if I checked in online, I said no. She said they were getting ready to close. I kindly stated I just needed my bangs cut. I did not need a full haircut. They closed on 30 minutes and no one was waiting. She rolled her eyes and said "if I say no ill get in trouble " I could not believe she said that. I do not feel comfortable that someone that does not want to do there job, to cut my hair and potentially mess it up over there disdain of being there. I walked out and will not return to this location. After I got into the car, they turned off there open sign, 30 minutes prior to closing.

Yesterday I checked in online because this location only had a 5 minute wait. A lady checked me in and I sat for 20 minutes until a guy walks in the front door scowling and and asks me if I'm ready. I tell him what I want and he ignores that and gives me a haircut that I'm too embarrassed to post a picture of.As I'm being rushed out the door I realize this guy did the same thing to me with the same hateful attitude at this location about 3 years ago! No other stylist in the last 7 or 8 years at the 15-20 locations I've been to has ever done such a horrible job or had a worse attitude or even come close. I wouldn't even care about the attitude if I got at least a mediocre haircut, especially after waiting that long.The 1st time I thought he probably had a bad day.. But twice, years apart? I'm wearing a toboggan to work in 70 degree weather today because a ball cap wasn't enough to stop my customers from asking what happened to me. No stars even though I'm forced to give one.

Go see Kim! She’s the sweetest and she gives an amazing haircut! I’m so glad to have found her again (she quit cutting for a while and when you find YOUR stylist, it sucks to lose ‘em). I have super thick, complicated hair and she never fails to get it right!
