First off I wanna say I’m very very grateful for the opportunity of purchasing a new vehicle my husband and I where not thinking of getting a car due to credit but with the help of Briana we got an offer. i’m sure all the sales team are great at what they do but Briana is amazing she wasn’t pushy she is very nice very patient and very professional. I would 10/10 recommend her if you’re interested in buying. I’m overly grateful I got to meet her she’s great at what she does thank you again Briana and thank you Nissan very blessed and happy with our purchase!

Longhorn Nissan plays dirty tactics with used vehicle. They advertised 2018 Honda Odyssey for 13.8k as we were test driving and having our mechanic do a pre buy inspection they raised the price 4k.
We came back to negotiate and do paper work they had changed it to 17.8k plus 3,995. Challenged them on the new price and they blamed it on corporate and would no longer honor advertised price even though that price was posted for several days…
Donny (original sales guy that even told us 13.8k the day before) seemed like a nice guy but Hector took over once price changed and seemed to take advantage by not honoring posted original price. Intentional false advertising!
Longhorn should make this right…
Donald Suir reached out from Dealer…problem is he does not exist when you try to email…called dealership and he does not work there…talked to another supposed manager and confirmed prices change all the time and they always add an additional 3,995 to all listed prices for dealer fees but will not communicate that to customer until they are ready to sign….shady…just be upfront with customer.
Mr. Longhorn says on his Facebook advertising“I don’t do gimmicks I don’t do games
Straight talk, honest prices
Where a handshake means something…
We don’t just sale cars we earn customers for life!”
This just went out the window Mr. Longhorn, sorry we gave your dealership a shot but you have not earned our trust…

The whole process was painless except for the waiting in finance.we waited close to an hour before we were even seen or acknowledged. Billy was a pleasure to work with. Tell Billy we appreciate his getting the care to our home, a million thanks!

Angel and the Longhorn Nissan are an incredible TEAM who work VERY hard to make the purchase of a New Nissan Pathfinder SL above great. They maintain you inform at all times and make the deal you need and not the deal they want. Please given a call when looking for a Nissan product, they are incredible and work for you. A great experience. They even drive the Pathfinder to our home in Big Spring so we did not have to go to the dealer.

I went in to check on a flyer I got in the mail with a matching code saying I won something from the winter giveaway. Got greeted in the parking lot by Brody and brought inside and talked about the opportunity of getting a new car getting Financial assistance, did not pan out for me. However, Brody is so sweet and so friendly. I laid out my life story to him about my living situation, my job history, my relationship and it was just a full conversation. I came in for some sort of prize and I stayed about an hour just talking and it was so nice and so awesome. I will most definitely come back and see Brody if and/or when I need a new car.

Would not recommend this dealership at all shady behavior especially from Andre one of the sales managers. They screwed me over do not let them get you and just stay far away. We agreed on an out the door price and I trusted them to follow through and they did not.That is my fault for not catching it however I was able to catch them lying about my trade ins while in finance after they got caught red handed not giving me the trade in credits on the truck and trying to have me finance the whole thing. Just shady tactics across the board on their part stay far away from this mess of a dealership. They also flipped around my monthly payment over and over and the finance company kept switching after I was initially told capital one approved us they spent an extra 2 hours pushing for Nissan. I also had some dealer installed parts ordered that they then could not even source. UPDATE reached out to this so called GM more than a week ago to discuss but never heard anything back. They obviously don’t give a damn like I said just avoid this place as they will screw you anyway they can.
