“65-inch 8500 samsung curve tv. I've had the TV for 5 years. it started messing up a year before I mentioned it to them because I didn't know I still had a warranty.They reached out to me to extend my warranty, and I told them the problem which the led lights are burning out and is non fixable. They sent someone out, but they only called for pictures. Which I don't care to send. I want people to work smart, not hard. Within a month of the claim, I had a check in my mail box for 70% of what I paid to begin with. Considering I've had it for 5 years and I keep the TV and get 1300. I'm stupid happy! I'm sorry others have had problems, but that's by far the case for me.”
