After contacting multiple storage options, I had the pleasure of working with Shannon and Christine at Extra Space Storage. They were absolutely fantastic. They took the time to show me several storage options for my boat and even called other locations to help me find the best fit. In a world where most things are handled online, it was so refreshing to work with people who genuinely care. Their great attitude and quick follow-up made the entire process easy and stress-free. My best experience is interacting with live people on site. While I was left with responsibility of cleaning storage my brother had secured since he passed away. I have a storage unit at another location in azle and they have zip customer service. I would recommend using extra space storage at the Bedford location at least for they really care about their clients. If I ever need storage closer to home I will reach out to them. Thanks Christine and Christina.
