These guys are awesome. I had a main water line break and it was an unusual setup due to a water softener that needed an expert to determine what is needed to fix it. The Locke Supply team worked with me to find the right parts and gave me guidance on what to do...worked like a charm, and for $45 instead of likely a $500 plumbing bill. Thanks!

Went in two days ago with a simple faucet stem repair, old dude with beard behind counter clearly didn't want to help me. I kept asking questions and he was clearly annoyed at my plumbing ignorance. Went to ACE Hardware and within five minutes had a washer and it was fixed. I'll NEVER EVER go near this Locke place again, train our employees people!

Came in yesterday and could barely get any help from anyone without an attitude or aggravation. Decided to just go somewhere else, but heard something about being short staffed, so I went home and checked indeed and found a listing from this place. No wonder service is down. Pay your people a living wage and they would have a better attitude. Expect you to sell, deliver, load, unload, know all the products, and yet can't pay more than 31k SALARY???? (FYI, burger flippers are make my more than this starting off now) In today's market!!!!! Will never purchase from them or any affiliated store to this company again.

Today 1/23 when into the store to buy an air filter for my HVAC. There was a nice young lady there to assist me with my purchase. She looked up my phone number and verified which filter i needed. Things had been changed around and she could see I had questions. She was so nice and kind especially since it was early in the morning. I for one greatly appreciated her assistance and kindness today.

Hello a few weeks ago I went to Locke Supply to buy new filters for my AC unit. Unknowingly I came thru the wrong side of the business I was met by a young woman (I failed to catch her name)who walked over the other side and introduced me to Jordan who helped me. I was using a cane and Jordan did all the walking so I don’t have to and she explained how good the filters were made compared to the Home Depot brands which I was happy to learn. She even put the large box into my car. Those young ladies are a great asset to your business and pls give them a nice raise.Susan Witt

CONTRACTORS BEWARE Pricing for a capacitor, with a contractor licenses was quoted a price way higher than I knew it was supposed to be. After questioning the prices and even after offering to open an account with a contractor license, the guy wouldn't budge and stuck firm to the capacitor high price When you know someone is cheating you, you know. Called the Haltom City HVAC supply store my company usually deals with and go figure, same exact part was HALF THE PRICE of the Locke Supply price. So either this guy's prices are double the price of other supply stores or he decided he didn't want the business from my contractor/husband. We've been in business a long time and buy a lot of parts but be sure we will never even inquire on a part from this place again
