Don't come to this Minute Clinic. The nurse there has no business being in this profession. She was extremely rude to my daughter and said they didn't take our insurance even though we go there multiple timesa year with the same insurance. She is extremely unprofessional and CVS should fire this person immediately! She doesn't know how to do her job. She deserves zero stars. Do yourself a favor and find a different provider!

I didn’t have an appointment. I did a walk in and I had a severe upper respiratory infection and they took care of me within the hour. They were so warm and welcoming, and explained everything to me. I will go back there again.

Highly affordable if paying cash, cheaper than urgent clinics. The Nurse Practioner is highly educated, respectfull, and professional. Also, you are in and out but not rushed.

First time at the Minute Clinic at CVS with Dr. Anjana...she is absolutely amazing!
Wait time was a little over past my appointment time but was understandable. My appointment was fas but, she did not rush me, she is great, answered my few questions being my first time and am sure I will be back again if need be!

When I came in for a check-up in the mid of December, they requested me to do a flu test, which I did. Everything went well, but I had entered my card information and personal information into their system. My insurance had expired, but after speaking with a nurse practitioner, she advised me to include it in case they would accept it. That's what I did, too. Everything went smoothly, but a week ago I’m charged $765 off of my card. I am aware that my insurance expired, but is a flu test alone worth $765? I don't get it. They were closed when I visited twice to get advice on this, even though the website's saying that they were open. I've been making an effort to call them each day. I've been placed on hold. I waited on the phone for about two hours without receiving an answer, so I ended the call myself. I'm not sure who I should speak with regarding this. Horrible system. However, I didn't had any issues during the examination. They were kind. Everything went smoothly. I'm basically doing everything I can to get my bill itemized bill. But it’s really disappointing since no body answers and bothers to call back.

I have three days making an appointment, the first day I went the machine was not working, the same day in the afternoon I return and I can get it for the next day which they cancel because they would be closed I go that day and make a new one which the machine It says that today I have an appointment at 9:30 am but the doctor doesn't see the appointment for my son, who has been waiting for an hour since 9am to never be seen... if I could not give him any stars, it would be better than terrible for me. service

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner “Sarah”. She was colder than a block of ice! Doesn’t give a rats a$$ about people’s health. She checked me for the flu. Simple test which turned negative. I told her I had a migraine and was out of my sumatriptan. She suggested for me to take Sofran! What moron suggests anti-nause medicine for a migraine? That’s not how it works! I asked for a steroid shot for the ear inflammation and infection, she said “we don’t do steroid shots here”. So, it’s really NOT a clinic! It’s a SCAM!!!! I should have gone to CareNow instead! This place shouldn’t be called a clinic if all they can do is put a bandaid on a wound! She said she would speak to her colleague to see if they could do a script for oral steroids. After 10 minutes, she said her colleague said “No to steroids”. I said “My ENT has prescribed me steroids when I have had issues with my ears. But you claim it’s not called for?” Again, this place should be shut down because they are NOT a clinic!!!! What a joke of a place! STAY AWAY!
