PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner “Sarah”. She was colder than a block of ice! Doesn’t give a rats a$$ about people’s health. She checked me for the flu. Simple test which turned negative. I told her I had a migraine and was out of my sumatriptan. She suggested for me to take Sofran! What moron suggests anti-nause medicine for a migraine? That’s not how it works! I asked for a steroid shot for the ear inflammation and infection, she said “we don’t do steroid shots here”. So, it’s really NOT a clinic! It’s a SCAM!!!! I should have gone to CareNow instead! This place shouldn’t be called a clinic if all they can do is put a bandaid on a wound! She said she would speak to her colleague to see if they could do a script for oral steroids. After 10 minutes, she said her colleague said “No to steroids”. I said “My ENT has prescribed me steroids when I have had issues with my ears. But you claim it’s not called for?” Again, this place should be shut down because they are NOT a clinic!!!! What a joke of a place! STAY AWAY!

This is the first time I've ever felt the need to leave a negative review for a clinic or doctor's office. But yikes.I went in for a simple test. And the Dr. or NP literally refused to let me take it because my symptoms, which match what I requested a test for, also *could* be something more serious. At least she was polite as she let me walk out untested and untreated. What a waste of time. Should have known better than to go to a clinic owned by a corporation.Do yourself a favor and just go to a private practice.

N.P. Trinh & the check-in Assistant are WONDERFUL people. I don't know why this MinuteClinic has such a low star rating, but I have a feeling it's because others didn't do their due diligence to READ & UNDERSTAND what they were agreeing to. I followed the instructions given, and got in & out within 15 minutes. Anyone who was rating this a 1 Star clearly had issues with the Pharmacy/Pharmacist, & the Clinic itself as far as "what they thought was wrong" -- they can't always give you what you WANT. You may have gone in for a pain med, or something like that, but they cannot prescribe something like that to you anymore. That requires the ER, AND A PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTOR after the visit is done at the ER! Learn the rules of Texas, & the pharmacy rules. Stop rating low because you, the consumer, DON'T want to understand someone/something correctly. Learn the rules! Thanks ladies at the MinuteClinic!

I received kind and caring service from the nurse practitioner. She called to follow up on me the next morning. I am thankful for the good experience.

Go through their house name 20 minute check in, just to be told they don't have any availability. Freaking disrespectful. "Give us all your personal information right now!!!" Then "we got what we want, now scram!"A block down the street is a Walgreens that's also horrible but still better than this CVS minute clinic.

I would give a 0 if I could. Went here to get a covid test. You have to log in at a kiosk well that wasn’t working and it kept glitching. When I ask for help the First Lady ignored me completely. Finally got her attention when she came back out and told me to talk to someone else. When I did, they told me they canceled my appointment because I was 10 mins late. Well, I was messing with the broken machine for 10 mins trying to sign in. They blew me off and told me to schedule an appointment for another day. Horrible customer service. No human decency. They don’t care! Go somewhere else if you can!

The Nurse Practioner (Quyen Thi Trinh) was rude and seemed liked she was rushing to get me in and out. She gave me a COVID test and was so rough swabbing my nostrils and rushed through the entire process. Her bedside manners could be improved; however, she did tell me where to get a more accurate test because the home test are only 85% accurate.

Came here to get a shot literally next to the cvs pharmacy. don't go to minute clinic for vaccines or COVID shots . They go by app only ...........and they will not let you know about cvs pharmacy either . ........ cvs pharmacy is fast and don't need appointments . It's a walk in . 5star to cvs pharmacy for not wasting my gas and telling me to make appointment.

Don't waste your time, you make an appointment just to be told you don't have one.

Totally horrible, awful, and to be very honest I do not have words to describe the ordeal we went through. I understand now, that CVSpharmacy is just a pharmacy and always will be. It cannot be a place for nurse practitioners. My wife needs a TB test for her school and we went to one minute clinic. They took her blood and did a wrong test. They called us back and we went their earlier than scheduled time and sat there for 3 hours and they did not take out sample again and kept on giving dates for 3 days and didint give a refund. We went to another minute clinic and they charged us money and same thing no test. They have 120$ for notest done. NEVER GO TO ANY ONE MINUTE CLINIC OR CVS!!!

Attempting to get results from these people is like pulling teeth. Wait time is very long, redirecting calls and rude stuff. Will not be going back to this location.

DO NOT SEE A NURSE NAMED SALEEMA Hisani.I’ve been coming to this Minute Clinic for years, same insurance. Today accompanied by my children was the worst experience of my life. The nurse that was to treat my daughter was so rude and mean and impatient, it’s a shame CVS would have someone that horrible customer facing. I’m still in disbelief typing this. I didn’t bring my insurance card by mistake but was sure it’s what’s listed in the system but asked her if I could login to my patient portal at my doctor’s office to show her a screen shot of the info. She says yes and proceeds to keep throwing insults as I login. After I couldn’t bear listening to another comment, I asked her could I reschedule. She tells me 530 is the next appointment, I said I’ll take it. She threw out another rude comment. I then told her she was being very rude and told her she should be kinder to people that come here and she has no idea what people go through in their day to come see her for help, just be kind. She then barked at me in front of my children. As I just stood there in the door way where another patient watched on. She told me I was upset my insurance was declined, told me I refused to provide her any information after she asked, told me I was making a big deal out of nothing, told me me I was yelling and my tone was such she couldn’t help me. None of that was remotely true but I felt like she needed to say these things out loud outside of her office for validation and a witness maybe, just horrible. I then asked her name and she said she wouldn’t give it to me because I was going to report her and have her license taken away. I asked her a few more times for her name and stood there and she wrote it an a piece of paper illegibly so I asked her to tell me as well so I could remember. The next patient looked terrified to go in after she slammed the door in my face. I then knocked on the door and asked her if I was able to keep my 530 appt with the minute clinic. She tells me no because I’m reporting her and she can’t see anyone that is reporting her trying get her fired from her job and I’ll have to find some where else to go for help. People like this should not be the first thing an ill patient is met with especially a child. Today was my first interaction with a truly horrible person…find someone else…

Made an appt for 630. Arrived 15 mins b4 appt and never was seen. The clinic closed at 730 and my appt was cancelled with no warning. So i knocked on the patient room door and waited like 5-10 mins for the doc or whatever she is to come out. I told her I was skipped and doctor or whatever she was LIED and said she called my name and I didn't answer so I was skipped but I was standing right in front of the office. I told her no she did not and she told me to reschedule as she closed the door in my face. I was in serious pain and did not appreciate her lack of empathy. I was livid! Very disappointed!
