Pretty sure they didn’t wash any of the bedding before we arrived. Also lots of hair in the shower and sink that could have been taken care of with a quick wipe-down. No soap or anything like that. Check-in and out was painless and fast, and the area was nice and relatively quiet. Also found two bugs in the trash can, none in the beds or refrigerator/microwave though. Room itself was pretty quiet and smelled ok, though the hallways did smell like smoke. Never felt unsafe there.

Stayed here over a vacation with a friend. It was a decent price for just one night and in a good location, but that might be where the pros end. The hallways and our room smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke. We left for the evening and left the window open to air out the room before we came back to sleep. One of the queen beds was missing a pillow, but the pillowcase had been left on the bed like housekeeping hadn't finished the job. Worse still, there were roaches very apparent in the room and bathroom. There were clearly dead roaches on the bathroom sink, which made me wonder how long they'd been sitting there and the last time housekeeping came in to clean. Sheets and pillowcases were stained and the TV didn't work. This place needs a deep clean badly. The air conditioning in our room worked, a saving grace in the heat, but the floor felt dirty, we wouldn't walk around without shoes on, and even kept our shoes and bags up off the floor to prevent any bugs getting too curious. It's a place to sleep and shower, but not a place you want to linger. Wouldn't stay here again despite the decent location and price.

Visited this hotel recently and I was impressed. The room was very nice and cool. I will choose this hotel the next time I go to visit in Grapevine.

The floors are sticky and trash in the always. I love the fact that they allow dog. The front is very friendly. The security cameras are amazing.

I recently stayed at this Motel 6 in Dallas, and it was an absolute disappointment. The place was filthy and reeked of a horrible smell the moment I walked in. The room was disgusting—dirty floors, stained sheets, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The photos I’ve attached speak for themselves.
Management clearly doesn’t care about cleanliness or guest comfort. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Spend a little extra and stay somewhere that actually values basic hygiene. Avoid at all costs!

The location is good. The room was decent for a night or 2. It's just a decent cheap place to lay your head. It's not fancy. The elevator was broken, I didn't see any vending machines, and it needs updating badly. I also smelled Marijuana in the hallways. Some of the residents were loud. The police were called one night. There is food and a strip mall within walking distance. Texas Roadhouse, Jack in the box, McDonald's and 7 Eleven are within walking distance very close.

I paid $88. For a double bed room that was so scary. The doors were busted up and did not lock. That includes i side bathroom door and had a busted chain lock. On the inside. Why? There rust In microwave. They charged me way too much for this room, and I had to stay 2 days. The location was perfect, though.

Called to ask about a weekly rate. They hung up on me when I mentioned that I can book a week on their website for only $300 and they were trying to charge me $460 over the phone. Beware.

It was my first time coming to this hotel it wasn’t like the picture. I thought the room is going to be the same as the picture. Never expected pictures again! But it’s alright stay there for 2 days.

First off the room was nothing like the photos used to promote the room. The room was dirty the linings were stained and torn. A used syringe with drugs still in syringe. The manger was more than rude, when I expressed my reasoning for the refund. And told me to call the cops. He didn't want to b see my face and he wasn't giving me a refund.

Sheets were filty. I slept on top of the covers because of the nasty ass sheets. I will never stay at another Motel 6. Shame on you people.

The only thing is every day I have to go down to the front desk and ask for coffee. They now say there coffee maker is broken it's been 1 week since they told me there was someone coming to fix it that last Friday and it's still broken and not working. SMH 🙄. Also went to my 3 third floor room outside of the door panel was a big ass cockroach 🪳 I go inside and there's another big cockroach crawling up the wall we're my bed is. I am a long term stay and other than that it's been okay 🙂
