I walked I to send a pkg right at closing he was still in great mood despite being there all day, he gladly took my package and added It to his outgoing content, didn't charge me a penny, and smiled followed by a have a great day n come back. One nice gentlemen ! I give 👍👍and will do all my mail/shipping there in the future.

Always a great guy to work with. I have paid him to pack things for me several times, and always a good price. If he doesn’t act like he’s your best buddy, then go somewhere else, this is a business, not a place to sooth your feelings. Sorry to sound mean, but he’s there to do a job, not to be your pal.

Bad service, I came to take passport photos, the man is unprofessional and impatient, and took a picture of me with a handheld camera that you can't see clearly and up close, and I asked him to show me the photo but it's impossible with such a small camera and he said he would print them already and that's it... and I I thought he was printing to show me... but then he asked me to pay 8 dollars, I will not return to this place, the attitude is bad and the service is not professional!

I can ship with FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL and send or receive money by Western Union. Scan print document.Everything is there! And the Owner is a nice person, he takes good care of his customer! I recommend his services because it’s reliable.

If Pack and mail is not working, i am not shipping; just plain and simple. This is a small Hub. USPS. UPS, FEDEX, DHL, Everything is there. The owner is very prompt and professional & has the best rates locally and internationally. He even helps with boxing packages. In over 10 years, i have never used anyone else and i don't plan to as long as he is still in town. Pack and Mail, simply the best of DFW

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only person about to write a negative review. In fact, the service was so bad I planned to specifically write this review today. I don't use this pack & mail location often and now I remember why.Its true, its a mom and pop shop and I try to support all local Bedford businesses so I've kept returning over the years. This mom and pop shop would be great if Pop wasn't so RUDE! I used to think it was a language barrier but I've realized over the years its not. He can speak and understand English perfectly well. He's lazy and he hates people.......bad combination when you own the business. I noticed the other day he has his daughter there now.....THANK HEAVENS. Someone needs to get this guy out from behind the counter. Honestly, the wife isn't any better.I went in yesterday to return some packages and he all but threw the clear packing slips at me and promptly turned and started being rude to someone else, although it looks like he actually provided some type of assistance to that customer. There is just no reason for this guys bad attitude. Someone should relay to him that if he hates it there so much, go work for somebody, let your daughter take over...something! I've been disgusted with this guy and his wife for the last 10 years and now I've finally decided I'll take my business over to an actual UPS store over on Central Dr. just so I never have to go in this store again!
