“I've used this location a handful of times, never had a bad experience. The customer service has been great every time. I'm not sure how they fare with the "just painting my own home" people. But, as a contractor, they're great. The store is poorly laid out and in serious need of a remodel though. It just looks dirty and unkempt.”
“I stopped by Sherwin-Williams on Friday night about 10 minutes before closing because I needed a gallon of paint mixed so I could get started on my project first thing Saturday morning. Aaron was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, despite it being so close to closing time.
Many people would be frustrated by a customer walking in right before closing, but Aaron was genuinely helpful. He made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days. I really appreciate his help and wanted to make sure he gets recognized for it.”

“Had a wonderful experience with the manager of the store. I brought in a 3 year old can of flat ceiling paint to be blended again. The manager took a lot of his time to strain out the chunks of paint in the can. Poured paint into a new can and blended. Very thorough! Thank you!”
