Go here all the time. The employees are very nice, helpful and always say hello when we walk in. There's always someone to help us and they have offered some very good advice about my pets. If I have a problem someone is always willing to help me fix it. Good group of people here!

I always shop at Petco for my kitty food and litter. They have a great selection and the prices are great for staying on budget. I can always find what I need there so it makes it easy to stock up. That and it's fun to visit with other peoples pets and adoptable cats.

Jen is an absolute gem! There’s a pet supply place walking distance from where I work (literally), thanks to her, I’ll only go there for my usual cat food and crickets! She’s so knowledgeable and genuinely cares! She’s the reason I now have air stones in my brand new fish tank! Thank you for the 1st-5th step by step tutorial! She’s the best! Words really can’t describe how appreciative I am of her. The other staff?! Super awesome as well!!!! Very sweet!!! 10/10 recommend!!!!!!

I had difficulty adding Vital Rewards to my online purchase. When I called the store, Tim encouraged me to come in and he would walk me through the steps to add my reward dollars. After hanging up, Tim gave me so much confidence that I was able to figure out my problem. That evening, when I went to pick up my purchase, I again had a friendly, positive example from the man at Petco in Bedford TX. So sorry I did not write down his name. He too encouraged me to come in for help and told me that Tim was his general manager. A++ customer service!
