Primrose genuinely cared for my son. Teachers were great. Low to no turnover. Your child is able to have continuity of care. I noticed when switching from a Nannie to pre-school he acclimated well. My husband and I were pleased with his development. We would stay until he was five if we didn't have to move.

This school has been like an extension of our family. I couldn’t have found a better place for my girls to go to every day. Erin and her team she has built makes you feel welcomed the moment you walk in. The teachers are amazing and love on the kids just like their own.

Everything looks great, the staffs are very professional with good manners unlike many daycare . Unfortunately it’s too expensive for me to afford. But I will come back when I can afford it.

I can't tell enough how happy I was with this school. My son started the young toddler class and both the teachers were wonderful. I loved the staff and how they behaved the kids and parents. Highly recommend this school.

Our daughter has been here for two and a half years now, and it's easily one of the best decisions we've ever made. She's been through several different classes with different teachers. Her infant teachers completely put us at ease that first few months as we faced a little anxiety putting our first child in daycare. They were always holding her and comforting her and most days when we'd pick her up we'd find her being rocked by her teacher.Even after she moved on to another class those teachers still would come check on her. They even gave her birthday presents out of their own pockets. The staff there is incredibly thoughtful and kind. Just last week, in fact, her current teachers kindly pulled me aside and said she was ready to be potty trained and they were willing to make it happen during the day at school. That's the epitome of thoughtful and kind, right there. One day I mentioned wanting to buy our daughter a "baby swing" to put in our backyard. Later that week a member of the staff gave me one she'd bought online on her own dime. Our daughter is still loving that swing two years later. We are friends with members of the staff and her teachers that she has had at Primrose on social media because they even like keeping up with students outside of school.A few of the things that made us choose Primrose include how diverse and experienced the teachers are and the ratio of teachers to students which is lower than what the state requires. So many of the teachers and staff had been there for many years which is very uncommon in child care. And when teachers actually do leave, you could see how hard it was for them to leave their coworkers and the children they've poured their lives into.We love the Procare app that we use to keep up with what goes on every day with our daughter. They input EVERYTHING - feeding times and amounts, nap start and end times, activities, photos, videos, diaper changes, and learning objectives. Getting those photos, especially the first year, was so comforting. There's also a music playlist that you can get so you can play the songs they do at school with your child at home.Primrose has a very warm feel, it's like an extension of your home. We've never felt worried or scared to leave her there. I really appreciate the structure and curriculum they have created for the children. They have plenty of time to play but also have very specific learning objectives that the teachers work tirelessly on with them.Another thing I've noticed is how the staff also get involved with the children in all the different classes. If a kid is sick waiting to go home or really upset you'll often see one of the three wonderful women who run the school with the child at the front desk, playing with and holding them and doing their best to make the child feel just a little bit better. One thing we really love is that when we pick up our daughter from school they always share a random story of something funny that happened that day with her.Our plan from the get-go was to keep our daughter in daycare until my mother-in-law retired from teaching and could watch her instead. However, our experience at Primrose has been so fantastic and our kid is learning so much from her time there that we're actually now planning on having her continue to go to Primrose until Kindergarten.Simply cannot recommend Primrose School of Bedford enough. It's been such an unexpected blessing to our family.

Our kids went to Primrose for three years. They were like family to us. I always knew that my kids were safe and loved at this school. We recently moved and already miss them so much!

As someone who works in home health physical therapy and has been in MANY daycares, I truly have to say this is the best one I have seen. The kids had such a close relationship with their teachers and the teachers really spent individual one on one time with each kid. I would 100% feel comfortable sending my kid here. Ms. Woody's class was so fun to observe.

We are so appreciative of Primrose Bedford! Our daughter loves her school and teachers. (especially "her" Ms. Vega!) She has learned so much during her time here and loves getting to talk all about her day once it's over. The front office staff are some of the most friendly, professional people I have met and you can tell they truly care for your babies.A huge thank you to Mrs. Allen, Ms. Miller, Ms. Sakina and all of the teachers our daughter has gotten to grow with!

Mrs. Allen (director) and her team are the best! The environment they provide is nurturing and you can that they truly care about each child and make learning fun for the children. It exhausts me (but very thankful) thinking about how many activities they have every month for the kids - from pony rides to celebrating the first day of Spring with snow cones to their weekly fitness and music classes. Our daughter has been attending for over a year and I couldn't be happier - the teachers are truly amazing, the school is clean and the communication is spot on.They operate like a school and I think this is a great path for preparing your child for elementary school. The curriculum you discuss during the tour is truly being taught and progress reports are provided. The Primrose team has went above and beyond to protect their staff, children and families during Covid. The extra precautions they have implemented has made us feel confident they are taking every precaution necessary.A huge thank you to Mrs. Allen, Ms. Hassam, Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Keser, Ms. Smith, Ms. King, Mrs. Perez and Ms. Bond for being so wonderful and providing excellent care for our daughter.

We have been sending our kids to PSB for over a year and a half. As parents we cannot begin to express our gratitude to a school that puts kids first. It all begins with the people who make it happen day in and day out. The staff. Every single one of them in this facility foster a safe, nurturing environment, with a curriculum that stimulates, motivates and educates children. This is not a place where kids are dropped of then watched. This is a place for kids to grow, be stimulated, and encouraged through participation, contribution and positive thinking. The flexibility of management is by far impressive. They understand parents and families. We couldn't trust anyone else with our kids like we do with Primrose School of Bedford. If you're considering a school/daycare for your kids, I will be more than happy to offer my honest, unsolicited, recommendation for this school if you need one.Sol M

My son has been going here for about 2 months now. We transfered him from another school, where we had pretty unhappy experience. So when we decided the different school, we were very careful on the walk through, interview, etc.Out of 3 schools we picked, Ms. Erin, the director, introduced the detailed curriculum to me than focus on showing classrooms only. I was very impressed with it. Teachers and school staff are all friendly, and laid back at the same time, very easy going. They definitely try their best to cooperate with what you or your child need. And what's the best for you and the child. My son is only 22 months, he had horrible experience by going to his previous school, that made him to bite, crying like crazy when coming back home. so when he first started here, he was scared. But everyone is just so nice to him and held him all the time; the teachers would comfort us too which gave me a lot of confidence of continuing his school life. After one to one and half months, he started loving school. We can completely see and feel his changes. Everytime I drop him, I or teacher don't have to hold him any more cause he would happily jump out of the car, and walk to his classroom himself.I also love how teachers are being super responsive when you text them through app. And how you can see all the live updates all the time through the app.I can not be thankful enough to the school, and the words can not describe my appreciation and how happy my little one is now at school or after school when he comes back home!!!Thank YOU, primrose in Bedford!!!

We love Primrose School of Bedford. I am always more than happy to recommend this school to my friends who are new mommies. I love that the staff care so much about the students and always greet us with a smile. We are so happy to have our child here, and can’t imagine going anywhere else!
