I walked in treated amazing til I left. They were able to understand exactly what I wanted and color I wanted. Amazing service prices and care. Had a pedicure and Acrylic nails. Could not ask for better.

They are really good at making you feel like they don't want your business. They tell you 10 minutes and it turns out to be a 15 to 20 minute plus wait where they proceed to just ignore you. I've tried this place off and on throughout the years and it's the same story. I go there have a good experience willing to make them my nail place and then I returned a few more times and each time the experience is progressively worse.
Today I was told 10 minutes and I asked can I soak my feet while I wait. She said yes so it was 15 plus minutes later and she completely ignored me but from where I sat I could see where she went to the back hallway and proceeded to fix her hair and to do her makeup while her client with the towels was waiting. After 15 minutes of being ignored I walked out. Customer service is the first step.

I just started going here by chance this year. I walked in and got right in. I've been going ever since for acrylic fills with cat eye jelly polish. Today I got a Pedi there for the first time
The Pedi I got I was hands down the best one I've had. Both technicians I've been to gave attention to detail and made sure I was happy with my service.
The prices are very reasonable also.

Went to get an eyebrow wax. The lady double dipped the SAME wax stick over 6 times on my eyebrows and upper lip. No telling how many people that do that with.
