Rude.My specialist called in some blood tests for me. I don't have the best insurance, but it covered everything at Quest. That's always a bonus. We got there I checked in. Sat down, and was taken back rather quickly - maybe 10 mins, if.The African American women shorter, older, heavier built. Looked at my order papers. Told me to turn left, I pointed to the direction to make sure I heard her correctly, it's hard to hear with those masks on.I didn't hear her give me an answer, left could have been any door so I just kept walking. She said, no right here. The first left as you enter in.I sat down in the chair. Heater or fan was loud, and with her mask on I couldn't hear much of what she was speaking. I heard her say my maiden name and I said, yes, assuming she was asking. My insurance and I.D are two different last names, haven't had the chance to change it. Business life, schedule and have had bigger fish to fry. I heard her call my last name into the waiting room and was very confused. My husband told me afterwards. I didn't want to shout, so I waited until she came back. She walked into the room with an attitude, "Why didn't you tell me your last name was (null)." I said, "You said (null) and I said yes, I assumed that you were asking me." I'm a kind person, shy, light voice, and I raised my voice a little. I didn't yell, but was definitely speaking up.She asked me why I haven't changed my address, I told her life is busy, which is true. I don't need to give her a rhyme or reason, since I don't know her. She seemed super irritated at the fact that I had my maiden name and marriage. From there she was handing me things, without telling me what I was doing. Just assuming I knew everything. She said, "Is your name correct." I said yes.She said, "Had you not told me the name change your blood results would have just sat here and not had been looked at." Correct me if I am wrong, but whether maiden or marriage they had my insurance information and my i.d, they clearly see I am the same person and whom the test results were being sent to.I don't mind blood draws, nor needles, but the process was not comforting.Usually you're supposed to talk through the process, and comfort the patient.Once everything was done, she was more "nice." I told her to have a very very blessed day.Listen, I know days come and go. Life can be hectic. Things get in the way we are human. We have emotions. Maybe she was tired, going through something, or was having a bad morning. But you are in the medical field. Patients like myself are dealing with sicknesses and we just want comforting, sweet words, and definitely good hospitality.I'm not going to be a Karen, or play the race card. We both bleed red. But I hope you we're nicer to the next patient, because they too deserve the gentleness of a medical care worker.God bless ??

Lousy place and disorganized. I made an appointment online, it was confirmed . I checked in and I got a message that I was checked in. I talked to an employee and was told they had no appt for me so I showed it to them off my phone, my confirmation of appt and my arrival & check in confirmation. She said you just have just have to sign in again. Don't know what happened she said to me and she walked away. They cleared all the walkins and other appointments of other people. I am still here now 2 hrs later waiting to be called in. What a dang horrible mess! Never again will I ever come back here. Another person also ran into the same mess ewith the same issue yet she signed in as a walk in. QUEST fix your darn Mess!!!!

The visit was horrible! I tried to sign in the night before to make an appointment but couldn't. I had to sign in for an appointment when I got there and had to wait about 15 minutes. The kiosks can be a pain to navigate. I had to help 2 other older women to get signed in. There is no one there to assist with questions or anything. Once I got called back I was asked MORE questions that I previously answered through my insurance and driver's license information at the front. Once Richard did all of that, he said he couldn't find my lab slip even though it had been faxed over to this lab over a week previously. I had the slip on my phone but he said he couldn't access it that way even though I offered to email it to them so they could print it off. He told me to call the doctor to get it re-faxed over. I asked if there were a private place where I could talk to my doctor about getting the slip sent over, and though there were other empty drawing stations, he told me to go out into the hall if I wanted to make my call in private. Once in the hallway - still a publicly exposed place, I explained to the doctor's office my problem. I waited and waited for Richard to call me back in. I waited almost 20 minutes. Then I went back in and caught the next tech that appeared and asked about Richard drawing my blood and was informed HE HAD GONE TO LUNCH, without advising anyone of my situation. Fortunately another lady was nice enough to go ahead and call me back, fax in hand, to draw my blood. This was the worst lab experience I've ever had and I definitely will NOT be returning for future lab work,

My doctor faxed over orders so I made an online appointment. Arrived well in time, was taken back and was told there weren't any orders on their system. The tech had me call the doctors office and they refaxed the orders over. I waited about 20 minutes but was told by the tech (Rosie) that the orders still weren't in. I left. I called the Quest help line and was told that yes, the orders are on the system, wrote down the name of the person I spoke with and made another online appointment. Once again, showed up in plenty of time, was called back by Rosie and *poof* once again the orders are no where to be found. I told her who I had spoken with that stated, yes, the orders were there. Once again called the doctors office, they faxed, orders "never arrived". . .so this is now my second time of going in. Repeat this situation 3 more times and that's where I stand now. . .been in 5 TIMES and STILL they can't find the orders. I so wish I could charge Quest for my time, fuel and aggravation. I will add that I am a type 1 diabetic so fasting is a very difficult situation for me - I can't take the risk of taking my insulin while waiting as I don't know how long of a wait, even with an appointment, will be. I can't be playing waiting games. While on my last visit there were 2 other people that were frustrated as well, one calling her doctors office to have them refax orders. I spoke up and asked both of these people if Quest had lost their orders too. Both affirmed that yes, Quest had. That's when I decided, I'm done. Quest isn't the only lab in this area. I called my doctor, had them fax the orders to LabCorp and *boom*, blood work done without issue. Orders were there when I arrived - in and out quickly. Quest, I don't know what needs to be done on your end but this whole experience with your clinic was a nightmare. Fix whatever the problem is because as you can see, your reviews are going downhill quickly. Corporate, I hope you read and take these reviews to heart instead of just sweeping them under the rug. And please, I don't need a canned response of "thank you for your review, we'll pass it on to (whomever). Those canned responses don't fix the problem. Action fixes the problem.

I’m pregnant I feel awful I just missed my appt time and I checked in as a standby. They r cleared a room full of people 4X and I’m still not seen yet. I have one test, this set up is incredibly inefficient. I feel isolated and excluded. This is the worst experience I’ve had at quest. The tech literally said I can wait as late as 9pm that appts come first. So when do I get in?! Is there any type of respect for anyone’s time????

The staff here need to all get tested for rudeness and bad attitude. Spoiler alert. They would all test positive. Levels would be off the chart. Good lord, eat a cookie or take nap y’all got severe EORABAS (Early onset Rudness and Bad Attitude Syndrome).

I always get great service here, which is such a relief because I have had some terrible, traumatic experience when it comes to blood draws and or IVs. The nurses are always friendly, fast and forgiving. I'd definitely suggest this location to others.

Check in was only by a kiosk. But Sylvia was the nicest lady ever! I don't do well with getting my blood drawn and felt ill. She helped me through the whole process and gave me lots of water and a snack from her own purse. Thank you Sylvia! You made me feel so much better after!
