Do NOT Do NOT do business with this bank. Please take head to my message! I opened a business account and a personal account with this bank 7 years ago. I had business income coming into the bank as well as my employment income in the beginning. Long story short after being nickel and dimed and constantly treated like I was being done a favor by being able to bank with this company I no longer utilized them for either of these accounts. I did however re-finance my vehicle through this company. For the most part I didn’t have to many issues over the years I paid my bill end of story. However I had a very minimal remaining balance and did a payoff through Carmax about 3 weeks ago. I callled initially on the 7th for a 10 day payoff was given one amount. I go to Carmax on the 9th to do the actual transaction and now it has become $400 more. After several unprofessional conversations and being given two more incorrect amounts over the phone when calling I was able to get to the bottom of it or so I thought. Deal is done I pay the additional $400 and move on. Almost 3 weeks later now that I am no longer a customer of theirs I am
Being called and told I now owe almost another $300. I explain my rough previous experience between the days of the 7th and the 9th because I’m being told the reason I was given on the 9th is the same reason why I somehow now owe more?? The person I speak with basically tells me. You may be right but not looking into it. You owe this amount I don’t care about what you’re saying end of story. I’ve never been more upset with a bank a company and a person in my entire life. How much more must a person be dragged?? Not only that the company messed up themselves in regard to over charging me in the last days and they admitted it and promised to pay me for this. I was just going to let that go. That didn’t matter either. Trust me this small company is a small Texas company for a reason! Their customer service doesn’t extend passed their minimum wage based tellers!!! All of the over paid manager level or above employees that work for and run this company only care about one thing and that’s the almighty dollar at any cost!!

You can never get in contact with anybody been on hold over 4 hours for a phone number update its not that serious to have to go through all this just to access your online account. Moving my money some where else where I can actually talk to somebody its ridiculous.

Love this branch, all the staff are very nice and helpful. No matter what my issue has been, they have always gone out of their way to accommodate me. Theresa was super informative and helpful! Sam, Chyna, Jessica, Joey, Kyla, and Ryan are all stand up people!!!! Feels good to walk into a place where they remember your name and greet you with a real smile!

RBFCU once again goes above and beyond! I am writing this having just left the lobby of the Bedford branch where Kyla, Chyna and Joey stayed after close to help resolve an account problem (of my own doing) so that my annual retirement deposit would hit my account and be accessible. Going to a conference, needed to break a $20. Simple transaction, particularly for a credit union. Three people on the counter. I asked cordially if they could provide change for a $20 and found out that they don’t for non-customers.Simple transaction could have been explained better but if this is reflective of the company’s values and customer service then we shouldn’t bother with a company like this.

Impressed with the customer service I received the moment I walked in and out! Because they were interested in what I was needing , made me interested in what they offer! Kyla and Orlando were extremely helpful and polite while assisting my mother with her inquires and loan application process. This branch has continously offered reliable services to support their customers and has truly exceptional customer service.

The staff inside are great, personable and greets you nicely. I don't like that you have to do a video call for the different services the credit union provides, I prefer face to face. Also, I didn't have the best experience trying to set up a business account initially but one of the branch managers personally reached out to me and helped come up with a resolution (which is appreciated)!
