Extremely nice and lovely elderly lady in the office, very sweet and accommodating. Non- climate controlled, there was a dead rat stuck in our unit between the dry wall separating our unit from the one next to us. Dry wall could easily be broken to access next unit over (possible theft). Heard a rat(s) chewing on something in said unit next to us. We will be using this storage facility for a few months regardless as we do not have options for much else, we do sprinkle hot pepper around the unit to deter pests and rodents. This could be a decent place if some changes were to be made and things updated/renovated like the peeling paint and only drywall separating units on the inside!

It's not a fancy storage facility but it gets the job done. The manager is top notch and was super helpful when I ran into a couple of snags. She went above and beyond especially since it was raining. l plan on staying here a long time as long as the rent doesn't skyrocket.

I’ve been here for 4 years and I have never had a problem. Cathy has always been great about reminding me that rent is due. She’s like clock work. And she’s one of the kindest women I’ve ever met. Excellent customer service also every time I’ve called. And paying online is not complicated. Easy for me to navigate my way through their online payment.
