Bought an unlimited 30 day agreement. First time , I had to wait 45 minutes for them to vacuum my truck. Then the attendant went to work on a car that had arrived way after I did. So, skip the vacuum. They were supposed to clean my wheels and all they did was wipe them with a dirty rag. Film all over the wheels. Fixed everything myself. Went back today to have truck washed because I had been out of town. Went thru the wash and the machine ripped off my trim on the side of the truck. Supervisor walked over and immediately said it was my fault because the adhesive was bad. The whole trim had been completely redone a year ago and I have had no problems until today. The lack of accountability and responsibility for the damage was put off on me. These people have no business skills, bad equipment, and no motivation to help their customers. Please don’t go there unless you want to risk getting your vehicle damaged. Terrible experience.

The outside of my car looked great, but when I looked at my backseat-no denying the vacuum process was rushed. Why pay $30 then have you go do it yourself! My sunroof glass was only partially wiped. All they had to do is pull back the shield and wipe it completely! Very unsatisfied & felt like the service did not meet the price

I use this place at least 3 times a week ( unlimited Package), Nick, manager is awesome as well as his management team Mr.David and Mrs. Jamie, they take care of everyone. I am extremely happy this location has the management team here. Great team members, they do great work, take pride in their work as well as customers.

I used to come here years ago and stop coming not because the way they clean but because the attitude. Came back a few weeks ago had a great detail. Service expressed detail service 30 minutes in and out. People were friendly. It was awesome. Come back today on Saturday morning, not many cars. They assigned one person to my express Detail and here. I am almost an hour later still waiting on my car.. normally, this would be OK, but it’s the attitude of the employees well, I don’t know why you have to wait yet. There’s people standing around, not working on my car but standing around doing nothing.

Got the bumper to bumper and Nicklaus and his team made the car brand new!!! They did an incredible job. Took my messy, colored in car and made it in like new condition. Highly recommend!

I am reaching out to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your location on Sunday, October 12, 2025. I had previously purchased a five-wash package and visited to redeem one of the remaining washes that day.
Upon arrival, there were three vehicles ahead of mine. After checking in, I pulled up to the vacuum station and went inside to wait. While waiting, I observed the female employee (manager) with a ponytail (shaved underneath) vacuum and send at least seven other vehicles through the full-service line, while my vehicle remained unattended for approximately 30 minutes.
When I approached the employee to ask why my car had not been serviced, she responded that it still needed to be vacuumed. I informed her that the young man had already completed that step, to which she replied, “I don’t know.” At that point, I requested a refund and for my card to be credited. A manager processed the refund, but neither she nor the initial employee offered an apology or acknowledgment of the delay or poor service.
This experience fell well below the level of professionalism and customer care I expected when I purchased the car wash package.

These folks do an excellent job. We've been using this store off Harwood and 121 in Bedford for years, and I had them detail my Silverado this past weekend. Beautiful. Truck looks new! Everybody on the crew, from the initial sales guy, on up through the detailers and the manager went above and beyond. Spend a little extra and go first class!

This is the greatest car wash in the area! Always clean always friendly. Love the unlimited full service. I uber so they always take care of my clients mess. I never have anything negative to say. Nick, David and Jamie, the managers are phenomenal!! Thank you all for making my car clean!!

I’ve been going here for 7 years and over the last year or so it’s really gone down hill. My last visit will be my final. There was bird poop on the plastic fender flare of my ford bronco that didn’t come off in the wash, so I asked if they could clean it off. The manager guy came and said that it’s stained and there’s nothing they could do (even after scrubbing it with degreaser) I went home and scrubbed it with a plastic bristle scrub brush and some soap and it came off with 2-3 minutes of scrubbing it.

I don’t mind paying if the job is done right but when you pay $50.00 dollars and you have to continuously go over the car to get them to do a half way decent job probably time to go somewhere else in which I will do. Very poor service…..

Seco d time bringing my vehicle here and horrible Job done. I was reassured that it would be taken care of fue to my last experience and was let Down once again … no one noticed there was Still first and residue on the front of the vehicle? I dont feel like I shouldnt need to tell them how to do their Job !
