Spent about an hr waiting for an oil change but they were extremely busy. The only issue is that when i arrived home and looked at my invoice I noticed that OW 20 full synthetic oil was used on my 2014 Dodge Ram 5.7L Hemi. Recommended oil for that truck is 5w 20 full synthetic. I have always used JIffy lube in the past for all my vehicle oil changes and they have always used 5w 20. I contacted Speedee via email and stated my problem but i have not received a response. Chances are, that i wont receive a response and will not be returning there to get any work done in the future.

I went by this morning to get a routine inspection done, I've never been here before. I was greeted right as I drove up which was nice, sometimes at other places I've had to hunt someone down. The waiting area was nice and clean. I'm pretty sure they also offered free sodas on the way in although I didn't look closer as I carried my own soda in. There was also a TV inside showing the inside of the shop, you could watch your car being worked on which was pretty cool. The inspection was done quickly and there were no issues at all paying and getting back out the door! Definitely a smooth process all around.

My first time getting my oil change here and right away I was greeted by Alex as soon as I pulled up he communicated what kind of oil is recommended for my vehicle. Alex and Larry took great care with getting my car in and out I really appreciate their work and forever a lifetime customer.Service: Oil change

Every time I come for an oil change, I leave happy. The staff is friendly and professional and the waiting area is nice and clean. I’ll be coming back any time my car needs maintenance.

I literally stopped in to service my car, before going on a 600 mile trip, to check fluids, hoses, tires, etc. When I drove in, rolled the window down and asked if they did that type of service and cost. The guy was very friendly and said ‘Yes, we do that service, would take 10 to 15 minutes and would be free!’ :D Wow!!10 minutes later, he serviced my car, that everything is good and enjoy the trip. I tipped him $10 and left for College Station the next day.SpeeDee Oil Change helped me with peace of mind on the trip.The trip was Wonderful!Thank You, SpeeDee Oil Change!!?

This place has gone severely down hill. Staff, especially Rachelle Linnville, are rude, unprofessional and dishonest. She and Larry Wood misdiagnosed the issue with our car which was confirmed by a second opinion specializing in this issue (transmission), and after working on our car and telling us we were "good to go" since they checked everything, we have broken down twice within 48 hours of leaving their shop, seeing issues we didn't even have before, making us question either neglect to truly inspect everything as they claimed, or that they caused the subsequent issues like a snip in the radiator hose. Rachelle then lied claiming we were outside to watch her do some of the work on the car, when in reality, we were sitting in the lobby the entire time.It's a family run business, but not all the members seem to want to be there nor care about their customers or the service they should be providing. Two of the owners sons left to go work for Christian Brothers instead of SpeeDee. I’ve called to try to speak to Matthew Kirby, the owner, but he won’t call me back. Horrible service! I would advise no one go there!

Do not reserve a Uhaul from their location. Customer service was terrible. Showed up and truck wasn't ready. They asked us to come back. When we did, they gave our truck to someone else. They offered no resolution. Took no responsibility for their terrible service.

As long as I’m living in Bedford, I will continue to use this business. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was super friendly. Unlike other places I’ve been to they didn’t try to up-charge me, there was open communication with what they were doing. This was my second visit here and the second time I felt like I wasn’t a money pit. 10/10 recommend!!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

They are extremely unprofessional and tend to screw up frequently. When confronted with their mistake instead of fixing it they say it's not their problem and tell you off.

My husband and I have been coming here since we've moved to Bedford in 2019, and they've always been great. Wonderful customer service and very helpful. They'll definitely give you a real run-down of your vehicle if it needs extra care without just trying to slap on charges for extra profit.

Only had been here once before, but car was have issues and took back here to see what was wrong and was not disappointed. Larry was able to get the issues diagnosed, gave me ways to help keep the engine nice and healthy, and didn't try to over sell me random things, which is always a pleasant thing. be going back here for my future issues. Thanks Larry!!!!

These guys are knowledgeable and do great work. They fixed an issue that Westway Ford of Irving caused having to do with my brakes. They immediately identified the issue after taking off the tire in less then 2 minutes. If you want your repairs done right the FIRST TIME, check these gentlemen out. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I see ppl had good experiences at this place but i have a different story, my friend stopped in and the mechanic they had working on her car didn’t tighten the positive cable on the alternator so the car broke down in the middle of the street and she got into an accident (same day) when she went back to the company about what happened she was sent away, saying that it wasn’t their fault, no accountability. Be careful where you get the work done to your car because this could be you.
