My first mistake was going to this location. The place was empty and the three “employees” scattered away from us when entered the store and approached the counter. The second mistake was asking them for help. We told them what we wanted - to switch service from AT&T and get new phones. The uninterested, unhelpful, person gave us one-word answers and told us we could do everything we needed from a home computer. He told us he would send the new phones to our home and that we cannot pick up phones there. He was really a rude ahole who hated his job. Luckily, went to another T-mobile place in Euless off of Glade. The customer service was like night and day. The store was busy yet we were warmly welcomed and Nelkyan gave us excellent, A-one service. He sat us down and patiently explained all of our options to us. We left with our new phones and new service very confident in the choice we made. You can tell Nelkyan and the other employees there love helping people. They provide stellar service.Kudos to their manager who has trained them well. As for the manager of the Bedford location on Central, you can close this site as your workers are really horrible, turning away potential customers and are better suited for flipping burgers and not interfacing with customers.

First impression- you can smell weed in the store and customer reps seemed uninterested. Secondly, was given wrong information to upgrade my plan and now I am stuck for 2 years paying extra per month. Called back regarding the miscommunication and manager would just put me on hold without even asking if he can put me on hold. Very unprofessional!!!

I went on November 28 and they told me I have to pay 37 dollars to create an account, I asked them how I'm gonna pay for a service I don't know if I will get it at the end of the day but the guy told me if u wanna get our services u have to pay first, I did it and they did something wrong and they block my credit, so next day I showed up with my wife and we did entire process and we pay again. Manager and sales men said the 37 dollars I paid day before can't be refunded but they will added like credit to my wife's account. 30 days later I showed up again cause no credit was in my bill and a new manager showed up, I explained everything and he said everything happened in last management, he doesn't even wants to call salesman even when he was at store, manager said everything was dropped off due new management, so it's not his problem, he didn't care about money or customers, I paid the activation fee for a product that I won't have and it's not refundable, I told him, u still my money and he said it wasn't me, it was the Company, manager name is Noah. So dont trust them, they are not reliable.

I have been in the store to find a solution for my bill and after 20 minutes the employee told me we don’t know how to fix it, that’s after he asked his un humble manger and answered with bad reaction we don’t know, it was my worst experience in t mobile

I had a disappointing experience with this location's customer service. Their representatives were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving my issues. I found it frustrating to deal with them, and I would not recommend this T-Mobile store if good customer service is important to you.

T-Mobile is becoming unhelpful and does not make things right even if they made a mistake and the customer pays for it. Also the manager at this location is a slick person, he doesn’t help customers but he is only interested in making orders and adding fees without telling customers. Only things he cares about is making sales and choosing the highest plans and fees to reach the highest bonuses to enrich himself…!Shame, Shame and shame on T-MOBILE.

Extremely poor customer service! Jordan literally made changes to my account without my knowledge or even asking me because he assumed I needed them. Then he couldn't change it back, which left my child at school without a phone.

Very disappointed with the poor service Jordan gave while I was in there, he made changes to our account without our knowledge he set up a SIM card for an 14 when I went back to get help he said I would have to call customer support myself while at the store.

I have two T-Mobile stores closer to my house than this one, but I often come here because of the customer service, employees are trained well, they know the business, are kind and always helpful, thank you Matthew for your hard work, keep it up.
