My daughter has been in kung fu Fitness for nine months. I see a big change in her balance and strength. strength in her physique as well as in her character. I would recommend it to anyone at any age. Their hands on teaching is amazing and they push my daughter to be her best every time. Thank you Jon and Min Min!

I have been practicing Kung Fu with Sun Qi Fitness for about six months now. It has been a very positive experience for me physically and mentally. What I think is unique about the instructors at Sun Qi is they take the time to observe and get to know their students, and then work with each student in the way that is best for that person's personality and physical capabilities. Each person starts where they are and progresses from there. The class has a wonderful energy and is a very supportive group. The instruction is detailed and easy to understand. We work not only on physical strength and coordination, but also mental strength and coordination; a very important contribution to one's overall well being. I firmly believe Sun Qi Fitness has something to offer any practitioner at any level, from a beginner to someone more advanced. The instructors at Sun Qi take the commitment of being one who teaches seriously. It is a dynamic and engaging program and we have a lot of fun!

I decided to begin Tai Chi because my balance is bad and I had fallen several times. It took a lot of courage to start because of my age and being out of shape. From the first day I have really enjoyed the class and Min Min. She put me on the front row so she could help me more, she encourages me and gradually corrects my mistakes. After 3 months I'm not great, but I see improvement every day that I go. In fact I don't miss a class unless it's an emergency, like keeping sick grandchildren.

I have been attending Sun Qi Fitness classes for over two years. My initial reason for attending was to improve my balance since I am an elderly person. My balance has greatly improved since starting and was well worth the time and expense for that improvement. I also found that the total program benefited my body overall in addition to my balance improvement.

I am a senior citizen and since starting classes in Tai Chi several years ago, my strength and energy have improved immensely. I look forward each week to go to classes as it is very enjoyable. Anthony

I'm truly looking forward to each class of Tai Chi/Qi Gong every week. The instructors are very patient and knowledgeable. I come out of the classes feeling great!
