Texas HD. Phenomenal people with unparalleled knowledge and personal touch provided by everyone. Stopped in to check it out, only to blown away. Ryan a fairly new salesman was exceptional. I was approved to buy the bike of my dreams but knew better as I knew my financial tailspin was in the beginning of the end. If I recover from this tailspin, I will return from MN to purchase a Harley from him. Only time will tell. Appreciate everyone who crossed our paths that day at Texas HD. Truly the best of the best work here... May all of your Holidays be fulfilled with blessings. God bless you all.

This is a large post with a lot of inventory. Kevin, the sales associate, was very helpful. I went in to buy some boots and almost left with another bike. As for the boots, their inventory was next to nothing. Needless to say I did not make a purchase. For a store this large I would expect a much greater selection of accessories. All in all, it was a really good experience.

I did my new rider course in the ladies only class and it was a blast! Mark was a great instructor along with Rob! I learned soo much and bought my first bike! Jose helped me with the jumpstart which helped immensely with my class intro. He was such great help with my bike buying experience has been very attentive and helpful with any questions def recommend going in with Jose and even Cameron! Happy to be a part of such welcoming and helpful family! Update! I forgot to also add Denice who was awesome as well she set up us ladies for the new rider course and welcomed us!

I took the New Riders course at Harley Davidson's Benbrook location at the end of October. I chose this course because I had a voucher to take it for free, but I had no idea know what to expect. I was pretty nervous but my experience taking the New Riders course will always be a fond memory. Harley staff was very welcoming Bob and Mark were great coaches and the course was beginner friendly and safety focused. They are informative, funny, down to earth but still serious about teaching students to respect motorcycles and be aware of the dangers of the road. They didnt sugarcoat anything. The Bikes are beginner friendly. I was slightly intimidated by the fact that I would be on a Harley but these bikes are not what I was picturing. I am about a hundred pounds, the bike didnt feel like it was to big for me to ride comfortably. I would recommend this course to anyone who shares the love of motorcycles weather its a hobby or a lifestyle for you.

I recently completed the Harley-Davidson Riders Safety Course, our instructors were incredibly professional and encouraging throughout the entire experience. Bobs background as a police motorcycle officer was evident in the depth of knowledge and intelligence he brought to every aspect of riding.
Bob’s teaching style made the course both welcoming and confidence-building. He broke down complex skills into clear, actionable steps, and his calm, supportive approach helped everyone feel comfortable even when tackling new challenges.
Overall, this was a fantastic and positive experience. For anyone considering learning to ride, especially new riders, this course is the perfect starting point. You’ll walk away not only with essential riding skills but also with the confidence to enjoy the road safely.

Stunningly beautiful, amazingly welcoming and perfectly multi-purpose dealership with an enthusiastic array of -surprise!- not just motorcycles but all kinds of gear, clothing, gifts for all ages (even babies), accessories, and even a barbershop! Places to sit and chill, people around to talk to, all with an open, airy, but distinctly Harley-Davidson atmosphere. Recently attended a car show here and it was a lot of fun. Spent time talking with lots of folks, including the wonderful employees. Even though I can no longer ride a motorcycle, at least I can participate in the culture by visiting this unique place. Thankful, yes!

Cameron and Jose are the bomb; I made this purchase online and from day one with Jose's assistance who turned it over to Cameron who just made the experience very cool and fun. Very thorough with explaining everything in detail. Very patient and worked with me with the upgrades which has elevated the experience. I have not received the bike yet, due to my upgrades, but very excited to see this bike. I liked the variety of bikes and the detailed photos they provide online.
