I've been a customer for 2.5 years. First I refinanced my car and got an amazing APR. I then opened a savings account 1.5 years which has been awesome, and just yesterday I got a personal loan for debt consolidation and cut my APR IN HALF!! I love Texas Trust!!

The young lady behind the counter was charismatic, kind, helpful and a real joy. She went above and beyond and was a joy to work with.

Ms.Xondra Berry was my loan specialist. She made everything simple, smooth and easy. I was stressing bc I did get a deal for my truck ( I'm not bright I know but you don't know, what you don't know. ) she got me a way better deal and even informed me of a member special involving refinancing. I was once again so pleased and thankful for Texas Truat and its amazing employees. They really do go above & beyond for me.

When you call expect to wait more than 20-25 mins if not more just to talk to someone. It’s ridiculous, super long wait times

Went to this branch after leaving the branch in Hurst because the customer service is awful there....They were so helpful, the computer that members use was not working, the teller and the man who's office is right by the front desk was so helpful and patient with me, though there was complications, they didn't make me feel like I was burdening them like the branch in Hurst did.. He pulled up what I needed on his computer and printed it, even after it wasn't successful the first time, he still tried again, they just went above and beyond today, Thank you!!!

Very disappointed with this Bank . Bought a car had a financed through Bank of America. I asked Raheem financer at Texas trust if he could get me a better deal with their Bank Texas trust. Trusted Raheem after signing the papers signed realize that he had raised my payment on my car by $560. I was extremely ticked off took my money out of this Bank this Bank cannot be trusted manager said that he gave me a better interest rate. Told the general manager that she said that I shouldn't have signed the papers. Took my account and went with fort Worth credit Union much better Bank don't like to be ripped off when you have trust with your bank look elsewhere

The worse banking ever. Rude and disrespectful customer service. They don’t ever answer their phones. If you have one question you’re on hold for ever. Very bad experience.

I don't know what's wrong with bank/credit unions these days but customer service has completely left their buildings. This credit union in particular has done nothing but put me off, won't return phone calls. When I finally was able to track down my business documents, Carlos was condescending and arrogant when addressing my issues. Great way to attract new customers.

OMG !!!!!I have a new perspective regarding Baking Company institutions. Texas Trust Credit Union is where it's at. Thank you for everything you are number One.

Does Texas Trust ever increase a customers credit limit or does the customer have to always call Texas Trust to request an increase? I have always experienced a financial institution increasing ones credit limit upon good payment history and time, however Texas Trust has not increased my limit from opening the card 16 months ago with no late payments etc. I see other negative reviews where the customer did not receive a credit increase for over 2 years. Compared to my other card offers it appears TTCU is WAY low on limits, like they give you what a high school student with a part time job would receive for a credit limit and never increase said limit EVER. I suppose all the extra savings from TTCU being chintzy are going to recent "naming rights" so TTCU can place their name on a theater in Grand Prairie Texas.

I have been banking here for almost 2 years, hoping to find a good Credit Union. Honestly I have lost faith in Texas Trust, their credit card has a great interest rate but they set the limit so so low. Almost 2 years and nothing negative on my part yet the limit has never gone up even once. It is literally 10% of my other credit limits and apparently they never do automatic increases with customers in good standing. I just opened an account at another Credit Union and am in the process of moving away from Texas Trust. Do yourself a favor and open an account elsewhere I mean most reviews are not flattering so that should tell you something.

I moved to Texas in 2013 when initially Qualtrust. A CU member since 18 yrs old. Love the service & helpful staff. My adult child suggested it after her move 5 months before me. Last yr opened acct for my working teen & he loves the ease of the app. Recommend teen accounts. No issues ?
