They are wonderful! I have had two different vehicles repaired here and they do a GREAT job! When they’re finished, you can’t even tell anything was ever wrong with it! I highly recommend them!

I got a dent in my brand new Mazda CX 50 from road hazard and I needed this fixed. I have a vehicle warranty that covered dent repair but they wouldn't cover this dent because it was longer than 4 inches so I had to pay on my own. I got a good price and this guy fixed it within an hour!!! Highly recommend this place!!

Excellent work and excellent customer service. My husband's Tundra had several dents and a busted windshield from a recent hail storm and they made it look new again. Turnaround time was great. Your vehicle is definitely in good hands here.

This is by far the BEST service I have ever experienced, Tim Stewart is the PDR expert. He repaired the hail dents on my 2019 Ford truck and it looks amazing and got my truck back to me quickly! The insurance company recommended other repair shops but after doing some research I decided to go to Udentifix and I'm glad I did!.Thank you for the great service Tim and Jenifer Stewart.John

Tim and his crew are absolutely wonderful! I have used udentifix twice now for PDR and am very satisfied with their work. They came highly recommended from friends with high end vehicles so when I took delivery of a brand new vehicle with a dent from the delivery truck the options were to let the dealership deal with the repair (with a contractor of their choosing) or take the brand new car to udentifix. I am very particular about my cars and after meeting with Tim to go over the estimate I knew my car was in good hands with an EXPERIENCED technician. I was fortunate enough that Tim was able to fix the car while I waited and I was allowed to pop in throughout the process and he was always willing to describe and show me what he was doing. Fast forward to the 3/23 hail event in FTW, my car was stuck outside and unfortunately suffered damage. Before the storm was even over I was already on the phone to udent to leave a voicemail and get in queue for an appointment for an estimate. To my surprise Tim answered the phone, after hours, and took me through the insurance process and was able to schedule an appointment, before business open the next day, to review the damage. The process couldn't have been more smooth even with the added headache of dealing with the insurance company. Tim already knew what to expect and was able to turn the vehicle around ahead of his projected schedule! I cannot recommend this business enough.Rates are reasonable and expectations are set for the repair without sugar coating. If you have damage that cannot be fully remedied, they will let you know. Again, I highly recommend udentifix for any PDR work!

This review is long overdue. The staff/owners here are highly professional, kind, efficient, and possess integrity. I will absolutely be going back if I need repairs in the future.(TLDR) Here was my experience:I took our car in a couple years ago, it needed major hail damage repair. We had spoken with a few different shops, but UDentIFix seemed to be the most honest/upfront in conversation, and had good reviews, so we went with them. They made the process with our insurance company incredibly easy. Walked us through exactly what to do, did the work in the time they said they would, kept us informed on expense, etc. Great experience overall.A few months after we had them repair it, we noticed the moon roof wasn’t opening, but because it wasn’t a feature we used often, never bothered to bring it back in. I also thought, because I hadn’t noticed the issue or brought it up when I got the car back, that uDent wouldn’t look at it again without charging. The issue could very well have happened after they did their repairs, for all they knew.Now we’re getting ready to sell the vehicle, and I called uDent on the off chance they might take a look at the problem, even though they’d completed their job almost 2 years ago.They welcomed me back to the shop on the same day I called, *JUST IN CASE* the issue was related to their repair. They didn’t have to do that! After a quick check, they made an easy fix, and sent me on my way, free of charge. My moonroof is working again, car looks great, I’m selling for top dollar, thanks to the impeccable work this company did. Choose them. They’ll do right by you and your vehicle.
