“In my lifetime, I've been apart of 7-8 different car buying experiences whether for myself, my wife or for a friend I happened to be at a dealership with and this car buying experience topped every single one of those other experiences by far! Jordan (sales associate) had the vehicle we wanted to look at already ready for us, doors opened up and was ready and willing to answer any and all questions we may have had. He was really kind to my children and was super helpful with my requests as well as my oldest child's requests regarding the vehicle. The one thing I truly appreciated about Jordan as a sales associate is that he allowed us to explore the vehicle, was very honest and upfront about different aspects of the vehicle and didn't "try to sell" the vehicle to us (you know those car salesmen that try to REALLY make a sale? Yeah, Jordan was the opposite in a very positive way).After deciding we did want the vehicle, Jordan made the paperwork process seamless and easy-going. We went back into financing and Chris (I think his name was Chris) provided us with different financing options that worked very well for our family which made it even easier to say yes to getting our new vehicle! Chris provided us with different coupons and was kind enough to give my son a model motorcycle (thank you for that!). Jordan then also gave my son a toy car as well (thank you for that also!). And all and all, was the best experience possible and we were in and out of there with a key and a new vehicle in an hour and 30 minutes!I cannot mean it enough but if you're looking for a vehicle and top notch customer service, then please check out Novak Motors in Bedford!
