Im sorry about giving a 2 star but the stress of not being able to get mail at my new apartment because the bedford post office gave me a key for a mailbox, still dont have a mailbox and I have mail that should have arrived. I should not have to wait up to 2 weeks for a mailbox! I have mail and bank card in the mail right now. I got emails today saying my card was delivered to my new address. Yet can I get it? No i cant! Becauee the united states postal service sucks at their job!

can’t deliver packages to the right address, i think i’m going on 4 or 5 times they’ve messed this up now. then they want nothing to do with you when I try to get it sorted out. Save your time and money and go to UPS.

This office was incredibly helpful and welcoming during our passport appointment. Erica was not only knowledgeable but also warm and friendly, which made the experience so much more pleasant. I truly appreciate the time and assistance they offered. I would definitely recommend making an appointment at this location if you need to apply for a passport in person.

I’ve only been to this location twice and each time the staff is rude and always have an attitude. They just seem to be annoyed with anyone they have to interact with. Thought it was just me, but it’s with every customer. There is never a clark’s name left on the receipt or else I would mention his name in this review.

I went to cash money order which was purchased at another post office...they said they didn't have the funds. So I asked what time does the one off Precinct closes....the lady said in a very nasty way I don't know...yes the black lady...and I'm black...it's sad that we are our own self enemies...don't respect each other. If I was Caucasian she wouldn't have spoken that way..So sad...SMH...prayers

I Went to renew my daughter passport and I just want to say Mr. Salah is an exemplary employee!! He makes the process fun and easy and he is truly a people person. The world would be a much greater place if we all had his attitude! I can’t rave about him enough, I just know he brightens the customers day everyday. Give that man a raise !!!

Whomever the female worker is who assisted my husband 3/5/2025 before closing should be ashamed of herself. My husband and I have a small business on the side to help make ends meet, and have been blessed with a lot of orders lately. I worked extremely hard all day getting orders ready that were due 3/5/25 whilst taking care of two children and taking care of many other duties. We were so glad that the Bedford post office closed at 6pm so that my hardworking husband could take the boxes as soon as he got home from work. He was scolded by the female worker who assisted him BEFORE CLOSING. I understand it was last minute, and we would not have done it had we any other option. Rest assured I will call every number available to me, and speak to every supervisor/higher up I can to speak with them about your horrendous behavior.

Ms. Erica is awesome!! Had an appointment to get first time passports for my two toddlers this morning and she helped us through the process wonderfully! She is very personable and knows the requirements and needed documentation so well. She was friendly to my kiddos and was able to get my 3 year old son to sit and take his passport photo perfectly on the first try. I appreciate her help and was grateful that what I expected to be a hectic or stressful trip to the passport office was very smooth and easy.

I came in to do a change of address and get my keys to my mailbox. Mr. Anthony Richards was so nice, funny, and helpful. He made the process quick and easy.
