I went in the morning of 6/14 around 7:30 am and was met by the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. She did not want to be there, rolled her eyes at me when I asked for help, turned her back to me at one point and made me feel very uncomfortable. She was at the front register checking people out. She needs to be replaced asap.

Lazy staff, always late prescriptions, filthy establishment, and giant lines at most times, cvs down the street is better as they wont make you pay extra for services they will refuse follow through on, they just wont even offer it, much more straightforward that way.

Outstanding customer service from the pharmacy! The pharmacist on duty really went above and beyond! Recently was in the area on vacation and discovered that we forgot to pack my daughter's medications. Was totally blown away and impressed by how quickly this pharmacy worked with us to resolve the issue. So responsive and provided exceptional service to access my daughter's records from our local Walgreens to ensure we received enough medication while in the area. Thank you for coming to our rescue!

I frequent this store regularly and have never in my life experienced such exceptional customer service. After picking up my prescriptions Divatae went above and beyond helping me with with my purchases. I had a long and tiring day at work and this made my day.

I selected this location because it is a 24 hr location. I come to pick up my prescription right after work at midnight. I called in advance and was told it would be ready. Go to pick it up around 12:30 on my way home and it was not ready. Something about their system not updating till 1:30 or 2:00! If a specific prescription is available on a specific date then the system should update at midnight so that prescription can be picked up. Such a waste of time and effort. Maybe I should go to CVS. Maybe their system updates at the correct time and not hours later!

I walked in during the overnight shift to pick up a print I needed early the next morning. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I asked for help with my print pickup, Kimberly, who was working the overnight shift, responded in a rude and unhelpful manner. Her attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience simply for asking for assistance. It was clear she wasn’t interested in helping, which is frustrating, especially when you’re relying on a 24-hour service. I hope Walgreens addresses this and ensures better customer service, regardless of the time of day.

Kimberly who works the front register at nights was insanely rude to me for no reason and if you look at other reviews I'm not the first or second person to post about her being so rude. First very obviously ignoring me when I came to checkout and then when I nicely asked if she could check me out after standing there 5min she loudly huffed and rolled her eyes. She persisted to stare at me frowning through out never saying a word and then cancelled my attempt to put my number in to recieve the discount on my purchase. I'm going to keep sending complaints until somthing is done because this is the third time this same person has been very rude to me for absolutely no reason.

Terrible pharmacy and staff! They do not want to admit their mistakes or correct them. They have filled prescriptions incorrectly, they have billed the insurance incorrectly, and they just want to wash their hands of it and walk away instead of correcting their mistake. Do not trust them with your health and safety. If you have a problem, file a complaint with the Texas Pharmacy Board. Maybe after enough complaints, they will listen and redress their errors.
