The fact that this Walgreens has a 24 hour pharmacy has really helped me out more than once. When I've had issues with medication/prescribers/insurance/time constraints, this Walgreens is open and here to help me out. I've transferred my prescription to them more than once and they were able to fulfil it quickly and easily with no problems at all. They also have the best little seasonal section. I can always find a last minute gift or cutesy piece of holiday decor here, and always affordable!

ERIC MORRIS!I just came in to pick up my prescription, he was very rude, kept rushing me and not letting finish my response. For context I have the flu and I’m very weak with terrible body aches and headache. He was SO RUDE that I asked for someone else to help me because before he rung up my 2 prescriptions I was only able to pay for one. Smh. He started yelling at me and telling me “we’re finishing this transaction and your done you can leave” and proceeds to point to the door. He very hostile and aggressive. I’m already feeling horrible and I just needed my prescription. The pharmacist came to help bc I refused to let him continue helping me. He also threatened me with the cops. Smh. His whole demeanor was hostile, defensive and just rude. After I walk off I hear him laughing about it with customers so that’s when I came back to ask his name and AGAIN he was so aggressive saying “MY NAME IS ERIC MORRIS AND DONT WORRY ILL TELL CORPORATE TOO”. I’ve never experienced any type of disrespect from any other pharmacy staff until tonight. I’m so sick and just wanted to pick up my prescription without being told off and threatened with the cops. I WILL CONTACT CORPORATE TOMORROW BECAUSE I ALSO almost fainted walking back to the car. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!

I go to this store at least one per week. I have been going here regularly for at least ten years. However, the changes Walgreens has made has made this store a shambles of what it was. It has gone downhill rapidly since Covid. They used to keep regular staff longer. Several of the cashiers who were there for years have disappeared. The pharmacy often cannot find prescriptions or they say something is not there when they literally texted and said it was ready for pick up. Yesterday, my doctor called in an RX, and I got a text saying there were insurance issues. I called store only to get routed to who knows where (a major problem with Walgreens right now). I spoke to someone who had no idea what they were doing then transferred me to someone else. I was on hold about ten minutes to be told the medicine was out of stock. So, first can't get it because of insurance and then told it's out of stock. Found medicine at another pharmacy and asked them to transfer RX. Walgreens told that pharmacy they couldn't transfer it because it didn't have refills. So, a brand new RX that they can't or won't fill can't be transferred either?!! Holy heck Walgreens. You are seconds away from losing a very loyal customer. I am definitely going to try another pharmacy because you just cannot get it together on this at all!!!!

Walgreens in general is ridiculously expensive. I was told to pay $300 for an RX I can get for $50 at Walmart. They're never nice,and they don't seem to be concerned with the patients wait time even when there is barely a waiting line.

This store is responsible for selling defective Vanilla Gift cards and when I made the lady manager working aware of the problem and ask if I was able open one to make sure that they all weren’t like that because I buy these gift cards daily and she said no that she could not allow me to come in and open up products and I explained that I only wanted to only check one and make sure that it wasn’t defective before I buy another one, so I purchased it to open it and it’s worst than the first on so I took it back and showed but for the company to pass the responsibility when there selling it they will never get my business again and i will pass the word ??

Let's get in to it. I make it to the pharmacy and there are 3 people and 1 couple in front of me. The customer at the window in there for a Covid 19 vaccine. They give her forms to fill out she said she did it online. They say they don't see it. Poor girl had to fill out paperwork. Then an older guy was next. He give them his info and they say the doctor denied the prescriptions. He asked what doctor and they told him. He said that wasn't his doctor then gave them the doctor's name. Guess who has to figure that out.(The old man). After the next customer and the couple it was my turn. The prescription I was there for is for my mom. Earlier her doctor called in her prescriptions and Walgreens said it would be ready at 10am tomorrow 11/09/23. Her prescriptions are for Bipolar manic depression. She is out of her meds at the moment so they told her it would be ready in an hour. Now I get to the window and give her info. They tell me they won't be ready until tomorrow. I tell them they told her 1 hr. They say that was customer service that told her that and that they could pull the prescription and havenit ready in 2-3hrs.I mean what the hell. 2 out of 5 customers they got right. That means only 40% of the time they have their stuff together. Mom is going to start getting her stuff from Walmart for now on.

I recently had an interaction with a pharmacist here regarding insurance issues. She informed me she was in the process of taking care of it with my physician. I was very impressed and thankful.
