Rude and not patient . Very expensive for proscriptions . I'm not going here ever again . even if you use good RX . Walgreens is the only Store that always says the system is out or the Internet is not working. Then you end up paying the whole price because you need the medicine so bad.

Terrible store with horrible customer service. During my visit, I witnessed a supervisor having an unprofessional interaction with a subordinate who was stocking shelves. I asked for an item that was listed as $22.99 in the glass case and when they took it up to the counter they wouldn't match the price it was sitting in front of because it was a stocking error. Fine. But then when I asked them to match their online price, they declined to do that as well. Walgreens corporate should consider having a meeting with the manager on duty at this location (at 1pm on 2/1/24) because he has no grasp or understanding of customer retention / customer service. You've just lost a loyal customer.

Manager does not allow to use the rewards or coupons like any another Walgreens he is implementing his own rules this store is going to be closing soon due to his changes. Customers are complaining.

Maybe it's just this one. I purchased 2 items that I thought had a $ 10.00 reward. First of all the cashier should have told me it didn't qualify before I paid for it. Also 5 minutes later still in the store I wanted to return the 2 items to get the correct ones and Walgreens wouldn't let me return it and it was only $ 25.00 unless they scanned my ID. I can return anything at CVS, Walmart, and Sam's Club without my ID. In addition I am never shopping at Walgreens again because the last couple of times I have came you let criminals just walk out of the store shop lifting and nothing happens to them but yet I just wanted to exchange 2 items and I never left the store and you guys want to interigate me and scan my ID. Ridiculous. You guys deserve to go out of business or fire everyone and let AI do your jobs.

Don't go to the drive through at Walgreens on Harwood the clerk is rude and slow as molasses ridiculous waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through lanes is unacceptable

Walgreens continues to degrade the pharmacy profession to the point where they may as well be asking if you want fries with that. Seriously, you schedule yourself for a PCR test and they do it in the drive-thru? Is this really what “healthcare” in America has come to?

First let me say that I frequent Walgreens for many years now, and have had positive experiences time and time again. Your staff is wonderful and they have always delivered excellent customer service, 99% of the time. More recently, however, I've had three "unusual" interactions with managers at your Euless, TX store twice, and once at your store in Oklahoma, City near Choctaw Casino.Those experiences were very troubling to me, and I did express to those managers that they showed very little concern over some price questions I had for them. The woman in your Oklahoma store was down right rude, but ultimately adjusted the price of the item for me. A customer behind me verbally stated how disappointed she was by that manager's behavior, and unfortunately the situation was that apparent to onlookers.The manager in Euless recently provided some saving grace after I reminded him of his previous lack of great customer service, and this time (last week) he reluctantly went into your product storage room to get the item I was requesting, but only after I had to insist that he check to see if it was in stock using your stock checker. He has been with that store for several months, so I assume he is doing a good job for you, but he lacks enthusiasm for what he is doing. That may be my opinion only.Here is some excellent news though: Yesterday I had a truly amazing experience at the store in Euless. A young man, I believe is also a new manager, provided the most incredible customer service that I have had in a very long time in a retail store anywhere. He smiled with eye contact, he was enthusiastic, and was also very knowledgeable with questions and processes that I needed help with. He did everything with a genuine effort to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Not only was I satisfied, I was VERY SATISFIED. His name is William, and I let him know how delighted I was with his customer service, which is so rare these days. He was so humble about accepting the compliment, but just know that he is definitely a positive reflection of the Walgreen's store brand. I hope you will let him know what an impact he is making. He is the kind of extra-miler everyone would like to experience. I know you have tons of empoyees, but I really wanted you to know about him and the great job he is doing!

Gross and unprofessional pharmacy staff. The technicians loudly talk about customers’ medical conditions and insurance policies - mostly making jokes with each other about customers who annoy them - and complain about their long hours and days off. This vulgarity is as unprofessional as one tech’s inch-long press-on nails and bare feet behind the counter. That doesn’t yield a very clean or professional pharmacy environment.

Employees in the photo department were not providing customer service at all. They were not dressed appropriately either. Uniforms need to be business professional attire. The store wasn't well kept as far as cleanliness. Employees were complaining while customers were waiting for their photos to print. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. The employee behind the photo counter neglected to add more photo paper in the machine before going to another register, and failed to communicate that to the other employee. Therefore, it delayed my photos getting printed out in a timely manner.
