I got approved for my credit card and my email was incorrect so they didn't send me my email to where I can purchase items at the store. They said that I can't change my email when I called Sync Bank . They said in order for you to purchase things as of today you cannot until you get your card 7 to 10 business days because my email was incorrect. I don't understand why they don't just fix it when I called and wasted my 20 minutes on the damn phone.

2 Wish store was cleaner, neater. friendlier. I still like to shop here for groceries on occasion due to available items I can't easily find at other stores & prices. Although, The customer service lacking ...when I came just before closing the other day. I was told they were closed by 2 employees. The hours had changed ... I explained that I needed 2 items that I couldn't get at another store near .One employee told me "there's Kroger." I found him to be unsympathetic and rude. I work in a upscale grocery store. Customer service and happiness is always priority. Sadly... not here at Walmart Neighborhood grocery. Please consider updating your hours online .thank you

I never thought I'd have to resort to a hostile 1 star review as a means of introducing basic arithmetic to one of the world's largest corporations, but here we go. If the deli counter large side dishes are 3&3/4ths more expensive than a small side, then a fair minded consumer should be able to expect the large portion to be somewhere around 3 to 4 times larger than the small portion, am I right? Well at this Wal Mart, the large potatoe wedges come with astonishing one or two scoops more than the small. It's not even twice as many and the price tag goes from $1.47 to $5.47. It's the exact same bag, no weighing on the scale, just scoop scoop sticker. I'll see you for Macoroni Mondays but for potatoe wedge Wednesday... I'll take my business elsewhere.

This review is for the Walmart Market located on Central in Bedford, Texas!! I have shopped at this particular Walmart store for the past year. Repeatedly, I have found the prices marked for a lot of items are not the same as what rings up when checking out! I have physically pointed this out to the store manager and still nothing has changed. The manager did, one time, call someone over, told them to change the price tag, and a month later it is still not changed. Their prices on the shelves are always much lower than what is rung up. I have been overcharged by as much as $.98 on one item, down to a repeated $.10 on an item I buy repeatedly. This adds up for the consumers over time and just makes the Walmart owners richer while screwing their customers repeatedly. Went to buy an item today and was overcharged at the self check out by $1.07 compared to the price tag up in the frozen berry section! Obviously, I did not purchase this item! It is a very sad situation when no one cares to check out the prices being advertised on the shelf to what an item rings up as, and then, when you point this out to the manager or assistant manager and they make you wait while they slowly walk over to check out the advertised price on the shelf, only to come back and say the shelf price is wrong, which is what they should sell it to you for, and you need to pay the higher price. Walmart's Policy of saying they are a consumer friendly store is not true. Until they get their heads out of their asses, come together as one, and make their stores adhere to certain rules I certainly will not give them a #10 on the scoreboard! ........ More like a #5 !!! ........

After spending 40 minutes of the customer service line waiting for one employee well at least 4 didnothing but talk, it wasn't hard to realize that the employee doing the work didn't know what they were doing. Shortly after went to the drive-through at the pharmacy line and no one assisted me for quite some time hate to say it but this is my neighborhood Walmart and it is trash.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Walmart but now that our state has lifted the requirement for wearing masks Walmart still post a sign that we are required to wear a mask. I am very disappointed that Walmart doesn't respect us as individuals to decide what is best. I will be shopping somewhere else

I have been shopping at the Hwy 121 Bedford, Tx location for 17 years and today was the worst. There was only 1 lane open at rush hour. There were at least 10 carts in line and people were getting very "anxious" to say the least. One of the managers, name Drew, walked by and I asked him why only one aisle was open. He very rudely said because they didn't have any cashiers, and kept right on walking. I was in retail management for many years and 1) you must always be staffed up it is your responsibility, and 2) if your short on staff, you jump in and help to keep your customers satisfied.

I love this Walmart. Been shopping there since 2005. People who are giving bad reviews just because one thing didn't go their way needs to wake up and smell the coffee. Great place and great service.

This is the Walmart to go to when you have a need. It is neighborly. they have hired a whole new staff and they are GREAT. I have been to Walmart stores before and I not all have great service, and its because you have not been in this one. This is an amazing place to go. I could visit any Walmart for my croissants or Claritin D. But this one is the one I visit. Why? Because of the atmosphere. The people are genuinely caring. I see the young men, walking people to their car. Running back inside to get any groceries that clients might have left. Talking to customers and looking for groceries or even empty boxes. I come by and there is engagement. visit this Walmart to see the new crew.

This Wal-Mart is dirty from the parking lot all the way through the meats section to the pharmacy. Really unsanitary, nasty environment. Everything I touched was sticky or dripping liquid of some sorts. Encountered bloody bandaids on the ground near the produce area. To the stores credit it appeared to be recent. Not even gonna bother talking about the employees. Hint, Awesome! Where do they find these people. Had to shower when I got home. Store sells nothing necessary, so go to Kroger, Albertson's, or even the 2 big Wal-Mart's nearby...cheeksparger and 121 or Harwood at precinct line. Stay safe, avoid.

No cashiers. Self checkout only. We should get discount for scanning and bagging own groceries. Saw a few people just walk. I should of walked too but didn't have time to go to Kroger. Should of went there first! I hate self checkout. !!

Yikes, I'm surprised by all the low reviews. Every time I shop here I have a totally fine to pleasant experience. Convenient location, there's always parking, it's clean, everything is where you expect it to be, and there's always self-checkout lanes open. I guess there aren't a ton of cashiers, so if you're doing big grocery shopping and you need a cashier & someone to bag you'll obviously have a harder time getting in and out as quickly as I seem to. I've found the staff here to be nice and helpful when needed. The dude at the deli counter was kind and efficient!

If I could rate this Neighborhood Walmart a zero, I would. I went in to pick up a few items that I had ordered on line. Big mistake!! My first impression was that there were no orange pick up arrows or signage directing you to a pick up location. Second, was way too many employees standing around not doing anything. When I went to customer service to ask about online pick up, a young lady said "oh.... (insert eye roll) it's here. Then walked off. I was left to stand in line with 4 other people while one employee tried to help us in between in casual banter with other customers. The worst part, the store was filthy!! So filthy that flies were Everywhere. On the counters, on the merchandise, and dead ones on the floor. This is disgusting!!! After standing in line for 20+ minutes, a lady walked up to the other side of the line and proceeded to make her money gram transaction before myself and others in line. The employee didn't care or apologize to any of us. She did however have time to wave at customers leaving from checking out at the self check station. Now.... I have no problem with saying "Hi" to anyone but these were conversations while trying to work with customers still standing in line and in front of her being swarmed by flies. Finally.... it was my turn. I showed her my phone with the order number on it, she scanned it, and asked for my ID. My ID??? To pick up a couple of items. I have never been asked for my ID. That is why I left my purse in the car. I believed this would be an easy in and out transaction like all the others. That is my fault! I should have brought it in. Instead of saying "you can go get it" or "I'll hold this while you get it"..... I was told "ughhhh...... no! You have to have your ID." I understand the ID was my fault and maybe I'm being harsh but the whole experience was very unpleasant. I shop at several different Walmart stores and I have never had customer service like this or seen one as dirty as this Neighborhood Walmart in Bedford.
