Received email order ready, it was simple prints. Only a few and sized 4x6.Showed up the following day as the photo center was closed by the time I got off work. When I arrived, they stated the photos were needing to be printed. Associate set the order to print and walked off. Turns out they didn’t print yet again. In total, waited over 20 minutes just for a simple order to be printed and handed over.

Everyone is standing around doing nothing but chatting and on their phones. A bunch of "workers" and no one to help and when you ask no one knows anything.

Ordered 2 Bridgestone tires online from Walmart and had them delivered to the Bedford Walmart auto center. When I ordered them I thought my wife's 4 runner was the limited model and I ordered the tire for it. (20'' Tire) Needless to say the 4 runner was the base model and has 17" tires. My 18yr old son went to have them installed and it of course was the wrong size. They made him take the two 20" tires home with him. Since I am living in another state I told him to return the tires and get 2 of the correct size. They refused to take them back because they said it was a online order from a 3rd part seller. I do not even know who they came from . Needless to say I am pretty irate. Any suggestions? Wal mart is useless bcs they were bought through them. Just not right!

I approached an associate to inquire about the location of umbrellas. She (Brenda) was working in the ladies clothing department. In a polite manner, I asked where to find the umbrellas. She was talking to someone on her earbuds / phone while handing clothes. She ignored me the first attempt, then a second attempt was made referencing her name. She was irritated that I called her by her name and said, "you don't know me." Sam Walton is rolling over in his grave as the culture of Wal-Mart has changed. I found an umbrella on my own.

The reviews, oh my! I'll admit, it has been a long time since I've actually shopped in a store. After COVID, I adopted a fondness for grocery delivery and Amazon.com. I will sometimes stop to pick up my groceries, or run into Kroger to get a quick pickup. Also, Kroger has a Starbucks, that's always a plus for me.When I do pick up my groceries or have them delivered, I don't really have any issues. The few times I did, I contacted Walmart online and they, without question, corrected the issue and gave a credit for the inconvenience. Side note: When ordering for pickup, it will state when their busy hours are. I've noticed some people expect to drive up and, BAM, their order is ready. It doesn't work like that, have a bit of grace and be patient. If you're not the patient and understanding type, the pickup service may not be your forte.

My son and I had two frightening experiences recently at this Walmart that was uncalled for. My child and I live in Euless and used to have a great experience at this Walmart but recently the last two years its turned dangerous and the parking lots into gangland with angry people trying to run over me or my son or yelling at us when they get out of their cars. And for no reason.Other than a few older employees and a night manager that has smiled and been friendly, most of the employees ignore you like you dont exist or stair at you like you are the devil walking down the ailse. They stock the store and block the aisle continually. One nearly ran over my child with huge cart of boxes and could care less!I went to this Bedford Walmart recently to buy a suitcase for my son and an employee with dreds started stocking the shelf and became impatient the minute we started shopping for luggage! I wanted to simply pull down some luggage and instead of helping us he aggressively started cracked open boxes and just continued stocking blocking us. The past 20 years of shopping at Walmarts all over the city the young people were always smiling and would get out of the way of customers while shopping or ask me if they could help. But these guys act like you are in the way. He came back to stand between my son and I as I shopped for luggage tags intentionally and to make sure I got out of his way. Would not look me in the eye when I said we are almost done or say excuse me. And when I continued to look at a product he stood there angry as if I was in his way. My son was rattled by that behavior. Never seen a shelf stocker act like that threatening us. Scary and sociopathic! It was the oddest most racist thing Ive ever experienced shopping at walmart and its clear there is a very angry, troubled group of thuggish people being hired who could care less about Walmarts customers. This breakdown today of law and order, of respect and kindness, in these odd people working in retail is sad and frightening. Walmart....the type of people you hire are one step away from something much worse. There is a breakdown of common courtesy thats eroding confidence in customers now returning to shop but it is way beyond that now. Youre hiring the wrong people to fill slots.Another night I watched a thuggish character come in amd threaten the cashier and tried to push phony money on her calling her a racist for not accepting his phony money. She was in tears because she stopped this crook from using fake $20 bills! She was crying to me and my child about it! The manager then let that dude go scott free and refused to call police! Thats a major felony and they let him go after threatening the life of this old lady all because of the color of his skin. So there is a severe breakdown in law and order going on and sadly I predict major trouble unfolding at these tarrant county stores in the years ahead.

Don't use the order ahead/pickup service!!! I ordered 2 days in advance for pickup 10-11am. My order was delayed, but I got the ready notification at 10:58am. I immediately checked in for pickup, and after 20 minutes, I'm still waiting in my spot. What's the point of this service? If they hadn't already charged my card, I would have went in at 10, got my stuff, did self checkout, and would have been home with the stuff already put away by 11. I thought it would be nice to have it already ready at 10 to pick up and go. I'll remember this next time.

Came in around 9, they had 13 employees standing around having a meeting, not exaggerating on the number. Nobody was at the register, had to do self checkout. Problem is 2 of them weren't working and the people that were supposed to be helping were on their phones having a conversation. Another worker came over and helped that wasn't even her area, she couldn't fix it so I moved to another one and that started messing up so I went up to the people that were supposed to be helping and asked for assistance and they gave me attitude as if I was inconveniencing them. Sorry you don't wanna be at your job, quit if you don't like it.

They allow dogs in the grocery section of the store. So unsanitary! I had an out of control large dog wrap me up in his leash. The owner couldn't control him. When I asked if dogs were allowed, the store employee responded with, "unfortunately, yes"!

Oil change was decent, but didn't reset the meter. Not a big deal. Oil stains all over my wheel, and also the door handle. Also, not a big deal. Waiting for almost two hours when I'm 1 of 3 cars. Kind of a big deal. Other places, no longer than 45 minutes TOPS.

Extremely Dissatisfied/Dissapointed/thoroughly Discussed with service I received when standing in line to check out in rear/ Automotive Dept. Another couple was Already waiting to pay for service on their car when I stepped up. After standing there a few, I inquired if Someone was operating the Registers; "they said, someone went to check, thinking she went to take "nature break". A car girl walked in 10-15 min. (From the garage) Later w/ an older lady asking questions about what Oil to use. Then, another man walked from automotive to help, Then A Third gentleman from Automotive walked up to help her. Another man from the Garage walked Behind registers, But, obviously He could operate them! Now, there Are Four different people Standing in line To Check out! Finally, the young lady, (name began w/ a J. ), Cashier Strolled over when she same a "Garage worker" step behind Registers. The Bedford, TX, Hwy. 121 has Always has been my favorite location; But not Any more. Thinking I'll drive out of my way to go to a different Walmart! And the Bedford manager will hear the preceding Review!

I've always been a Walmart fan, until now. Something with their online ordering system is not working and Walmart appears to be doing nothing to fix it. Last week, I waited over an hour to get into the pickup area and as I realized NO ONE was actually getting orders, the line just moved due to others giving up, I finally left too. This week, my husband waited an hour to get in the pickup area, and another hour in the pickup area, and as no one appeared to actually get orders, he finally left. I returned today, waited 20 minutes to get in the pickup area, checked in (again!), was asked for my name by 2 different employees (both not wearing a mask over their nose/mouth), and after 2 hours, I was informed that they only had part of my order. Walmart has had decent curbside pickup throughout the pandemic, and I really appreciate our essential grocery workers. I understand the holiday season rush, but technology, communication, and especially management is severely lacking at this store.
