I had a very unpleasant experience at Walmart on the night of June 21. At around 10:58 PM, a female staff member — approximately 5’4”, with black hair — approached us and very rudely told us to leave quickly. Her tone was aggressive, and she spoke with a harsh accent, showing zero professionalism or courtesy.
Right after that, she started angrily pushing carts and even throwing them, clearly frustrated and not in control of her emotions. She then took off her Walmart vest and threw it into a cart, visibly upset and acting in a way that made everyone uncomfortable.
This type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable from any employee, especially in a customer-facing role. Walmart should seriously look into this incident and take action. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, not rushed out and exposed to someone’s bad mood.

As a loyal Walmart customer, I was truly disappointed. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment — just staff who seemed bothered by any interaction. When I asked for help, I was met with eye-rolling and disregard, making me feel like an interruption rather than a valued customer.
The store environment only made it worse: disorganized checkout lines, no clear guidance, and multiple employees visibly on their phones instead of assisting shoppers.
Walmart is known for accessibility and service, but this visit lacked both. A clean layout and respectful customer service aren’t extras — they’re expectations. This experience failed to meet them.

I encountered some difficulties at the self-checkout today, and I must say, Aisha came to my rescue with such grace and kindness. Her uplifting attitude and warm demeanor made a challenging situation feel much more manageable. I typically don’t take the time to fill out surveys unless there’s a significant issue, but Aisha truly inspired me to share my experience. She embodies everything one could hope for in an employee—her enthusiasm and dedication make her a standout representative for Walmart.
Sincerely,
A 56-year-old with a broken foot.

They sell expired products. On May 8, I bought an orange juice. Five days later, I started consuming it and discovered the expiration date was May 6. I went back, and the customer service representative was unconcerned, telling me that this is a big store stuff like that happens. The shift manager thanked me for informing him, but also seemed negligent. They gave me another one, but I think this will happen again. Please be careful when purchasing anything from there.
