Every time I go to this branch I always meet WANDA, she’s very helpful, very welcoming and very passionate at her job and loves what she does.I have difficulties speaking English but every time I communicate with her she always understands me .

I closed my account today because of the absolutely abysmal service given to me by one of the teller at this particular branch. I couldn't catch her name but she was an older African American lady. I was told I couldn't cash a check with MY name on it (insinuating it was fake). She has poor communication and interpersonal skills. But a highlight of my experience is when I dealt with a teller named Ms.Anastasia! She was nice, personable and very quick in helping me withdraw and close my account. She should definitely be considered for management.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with a bank manager at Wells Fargo. I had scheduled an appointment with the manager to discuss a potential joint account opening, and despite arriving only 5 minutes late, the manager was incredibly rude and would not let me sit for the scheduled appointment.I was shocked by the manager's behavior and felt disrespected as a customer. I made every effort to arrive on time for the appointment, but the manager's inflexibility and lack of understanding of my situation left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.Overall, I would not recommend this bank at all due to the poor customer service I received from this particular manager. It's important for businesses to treat their customers with respect and understanding, and unfortunately, this was not the case in my experience. I hope that the bank takes steps to improve their customer service and ensure that other customers do not have to go through the same unpleasant experience that I did.

I recently had an appointment to open a joint bank account and that was a complete disappointment. The bank manager was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Despite rushing from work and arriving just five minutes late due to heavy traffic, I was not even greeted at the door by anyone. The bank manager refused to let me in, citing my tardiness as the reason. As someone with a busy schedule, I had made arrangements to be there on time and was extremely frustrated by the lack of flexibility and customer service provided.While I understand the need for businesses to operate on tight schedules, it's not acceptable to completely ignore a client's presence and not offer any assistance or guidance, especially when they have made an effort to be there. It's important for businesses to provide good customer service and work with their clients to find mutually beneficial solutions whenever possible.Overall, I would not recommend this bank due to the poor customer service provided by the bank manager. I hope that they can work on improving their communication and flexibility in the future.

I have had the worst customer service experience with this bank. I've been a member for 20+ years and in the last two years you have lost your touch. It is absurd and frustrating that you have people working for you that hate their jobs enough to cause disruptions in paying customers daily transactions. I am appalled.

I visited this branch to deposit money. The Lady (Wanda) if name is correct.She asked for my id i gave here the ID.She was tired and rude and had a bad attitude.IF i deposit same amount in Atm will it ask ID for depositing money in my own account (No)I enter my pin that’s it.I was never ask before to provide Id to deposit cash in my own account at this branch before.I have always met friendly staff here except today.Kindly don’t see ID like a swimming pool you want to Dive into.
