March 28th, 2024 Visit:I went through this location 2 days ago and over heard the employees talking about how the GM of this location is cutting peoples hours to line his own pockets. If I was the owner I would remove the GM and replace him. I ordered a baconator and it was fresh and hot. Employees here need a raise and they are really nice and fast.April 3rd, 2024 visit:I want to start by saying that the girl who was giving a refund to someone was very disrespectful towards the manager. She was shouting and cussing and making rude comments towards this kind young gentleman. I believe that this kind of behavior should not be allowed at the work place. She needs to get some respect towards her superiors. I feel really bad for the young man who endured that kind of behavior towards him. He deserves better than that. I believe he should get an apology from that young lady and then she should be FIRED. This was not okay and this should not be taken lightly. I almost called the cops because I didn't know if she was going to hurt the young gentleman. My guy if you're seeing this I am really sorry that you had to go through that kind of abusive behavior in the work place. You rock my man. Keep it up.

Drive thru attendant really needs to work on her customer service skills. This young lady is rude and seems to have difficulty in the drive thru, doesn’t acknowledge the customer. It’s sad to see that the customer is no longer taken in to consideration when being waited on.

There were 2 people ahead of me when I walked in who had ordered and were waiting on their food. When I walked in no one greater me or said, I'll be with you in a moment. I stood there for about 8 to 9 minutes with nothing, so I just walked out. Poor customer service on this night.

Slow staff, nobody greets you they just look at you while waiting on another employee to help you. Stick with the drive through if you’re dying to eat

Preface: I've been coming to this location for at least 6 months and have not had any issue. IN FACT, even the recovery for a missed item previously handled was admirable!However, today I ordered, and the order was repeated back correctly, but the food(for my son) was wrong: I ordered a Jr. cheeseburger PLAIN and received a fully loaded double cheeseburger. I also ordered one ranch, and didn't receive it. I've never had major problems at this location, so I didn't realize there were issues until I got home.

I went to this store to pick up a order!I waited about 5 mins cause the door was locked, A man pulls up and tells me that the lobby is closed because they had a couple of workers do not show up. When I got back in my car to let DoorDash know what was going on. I watched three other people trying to get in, and even walking around to the other door. I understand issues, but at least they could put a note on the door so people would stop trying to get in, walking around, pulling on doors and looking stupid. So as I was getting the order from the drive-through, I told the attendant they should put a sign on the door, letting people know the lobby was closed, and his attitude. was very bad and he really did not even give me a response back. I just didn’t think it was cool to let people get out of their car walking all over trying to get inside the restaurant when all the manager would have to do is simply put a note on the door with a little scotch tape, it’s not that hard.OK today I had to pick up another order at the same Wendy’s restaurant, again, the doors locked. There’s no note on the door and I didn’t see any employees inside. I even knocked on the door, I contacted DoorDash and they informed me they called and I was supposed to go to the drive-through, there I seen three employees… The guy who handed me the order did not say one word to me. He literally opened the window, handed me the sack and then shut the window. Also, I noticed a lady and man had gotten out of their truck and they got two small children out and was about to get the third, and I told her the door was locked. They really really should put a note on the door or put it on their website or something that. Their lobby is closed
