The review below is 8 years old and gave it a 4 stars. I went back today, 9/2025. I do not want to go into detail, but I really would not recommend them anymore.
I have never worked so hard to clean my own truck after paying the carwash 30 and tipping 10. It has really gone down hill.
OLD Review Below:
I have been here off and on for a while now. The people that work there do take pride in their work. The manager, Rebecca, and her assistant , Steven, always have a smile on their face when I come in. I do like that they use an air hose to blow out any standing water so you do not get the drips down the side of car after you drive off. Sure.. the place looks dated, but the equipment works and there are good people that work there. I hope one day the new owner, who I have never met, will spend some time and update the appearance and hopefully create some positive incentives for the management.

No because why did it take over an hour to wash my car when I was the only person there with a couple of guys working? And then one of them continued to berate me on how dirty my car was. My car does look great though, worth tipping 20% before the guy demanded to know if I tipped as I was leaving. :-)
Edit: I forgot to include that there is either no AC in the waiting area, or the thermostat was cranked up on a 90-degree day.

This place has really tanked in service. Paid for just a external wash. gentleman working drove my wife's car quickly thru the tunnel no soap just a spray of water. He and another guy wiped the water off the car and waved his towel. Asian women at desk focused on her phone when I questioned the service. Not coming back. I live near this business been coming here off on on for years. Sad when these things happen. I love to support my local business but hey I will move on.

Worst experience in a car wash ever. Terrible service. The car wash and dryers are broken and have been for a long time yet still charging full price or more. Rude and disrespectful employees.

One of the worse service i got today it was my first time there today and i got a plan of no 2 and my car us not clean it was to vacuum properly and the employee was continuously asking for a tip very disappointed

I was afraid to come here due to mediocre reviews. My car came out nice.. the drawback is a very small staff and not a very comfortable waiting area.
But my interior and exterior looked good
It was the $22 wash

I took my car in a few weeks ago for a wash, and it had some tree sap on it, one of the guys that worked there took a scotch bright pad to my hood, fender, doors and roof and scratched my car up and they did not have the tools on hand to fix it nor offer a decent solution. They kept trying to use spray wax and wiping it with a rag, but then one of the owners showed up and kept putting the rag on the ground then putting it back on my paint and I had to yell at them to stop because they kept trying to put it back on my paint. They used rubbing compound to minimize the scratches, but they are still there , and a few days later when I looked at it, the scratches were still plainly visible, and when the car got dusty again, they were glaringly obvious. I will never return this car wash. Ideally, I would like for the owners to pay to have a Body Shop professionally buff out the car.
EDIT 04/27/24: I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and I want the business to reach out to me ASAP to resolve this.
