I am so thankful for this place. They are so friendly and cindy.Even it helped me right as they were closing. Instead of her giving the traditional, i'm sorry, we're closed.I can't help you anymore. She asked the question. How can I help you?We are closed but if I can help I will. I let her know that I was coming in to buy some death because I needed the free funnel. That is on the top that comes with a package. She let me know that they just threw two boxes of those away and helped me retrieve it from the trash can. I got exactly what I needed, and they continue to earn a customer for life. All because she took a moment even a few minutes after they were closed to point me in the right direction so I can get but I need it done. Everywhere needs more employees like cindy and advanced auto parts is lucky to have her. Cindy thanks again! And I will be back

Amazing service and incredibly friendly.
I passed by the store because I needed new windshield wipers. Cindy helped me find the perfect wipers for my car and she installed them for me. On top of that, she helped me set up a warranty so I can save money on future replacements. Highly recommend!

Came in today a little overwhelmed thinking that I needed a new starter and the nice worker Eric said, could just be the battery. He came out, tested it and replaced the battery. Today went from super stressful to no problem. Thank you Eric!!!

They said they can't return a part because it was installed but it was a defective part and that's what the warranty is for. Like bunch of bs, would not recommend, go to autozone they are cheaper and actually HONER THERE WARRANTY!!!

Cindy was very helpful. She answered questions for me before I got here and ran all the appropriate tests to let me know what was going on with my car. She also gave me good advice to talk to a mechanic so I don't get ripped off. Thank you Cindy!

It's very rare that people at stores like Advance Auto go out of their way for customers. My truck was stolen and recovered 3 hours away with no battery. Without question, Zach got me a brand new one (I purchased one 6 months earlier) at no cost and saved me a lot of pain. Outstanding store and great staff.

Very Rude and unprofessional. The person who answered the phone Hung up on me for asking his name that I didn't catch the first time due to him speaking super fast and mumbling. Then when I called back he doubled down on the unprofessionalism. I will not spend my hard earned money at places that management doesn't train employees to be professional.
