Went to Anthony's Patio and was greeted with warmth and expertise concerning anything and everything patio furniture. Anthony took the time to hear my wife's and my thoughts on our outdoor space and made excellent recommendations. If you want the best experience with buying the best patio furniture, go to Anthony's Patio.

Take the reviews here about customer service seriously. These folks may be independently wealthy as they don't seem to care much about selling to the general public. There are other stores that welcome and treat customers with respect. You might want to try one of those.

This store is hilariously overpriced, I was nearly laughing out loud walking around reading price tags. $21,000 for something that looks like it came from Home Depot?! And it doesn’t help that the staff was as awful as the prices, maybe worse. Legitimately worth a visit for a good laugh to see what rich people do when they think they have good taste. :P

Got chewed out for no reason and was asked to leave. Bummer because I was so excited to furnish several patios.

Rarely will you meet more condescending and arrogant people in your life. The husband wife duo of Anthony and Jayne will go out of their way to make you feel like a second rate citizen. Unfortunately, they make enough revenue off of their few decorator friends that they are comfortable being rude to the walk in customers. If you still find yourself inclined to walk in while visiting the Galleria, I assure you, you will walk out totally perplexed and feeling like you just inconvenienced a business by considering spending money with them. I highly encourage the general public to take your business elsewhere and genuinely wish Anthony’s Patio would close their doors to the public and become a private appointment only firm so the rest of us don’t waste our time. As an added bonus, I guarantee one of them will respond to this post with a snarky immature retort.

The woman who was working here the day we came was extremely rude. First of all, there was no greeting when we walked in or any kind of offer to assist us. I didn't even realize someone was there until I got farther into the store. Second, I agree with a previous reviewer, if you don't want kids in your store then have a sign on your door. We had our 2 children with us that we were supervising the entire time but still got attitude from this woman regarding our kids. At one point we asked about measurements for a couch and all she offered was that there were measurements in a book. I got the feeling she didn't want to help us simply because we had our kids with us. You have permanently lost our business.

Anthony is a straight up guy with a keen eye for design. The furniture is extremely high quality but also pricey. You get what you pay for. I’m looking forward to not having to replace my cheap patio furniture every two years. Can’t wait for the set to get here! Thanks and keep up the good work.

I have worked with Anthony's Patio for years. They have the very best selection for outdoor furniture in Austin. The variety and quality of the furniture lines he carries is impressive and well curated. I suggest this showroom for design professionals or just design focused buyers.

Just left their store and we walked around for 20 minutes and not one person came to help us! One employee was “hiding” behind the wall and didn’t come out! When we left, he locked the door and put a stickie note on the door. Big mistake Anthony’s Patio… went down the road and spent $8800 at their store!

First, I've never written a negative review before... on any platform, yet I am compelled to write this after the worst customer experience of my life. Jayne was rude and condescending from the moment I walked in the door, so much so that I asked if she was ok. I was following up on an order that we placed nearly 8 weeks earlier (when ordered we were told it was a stocked item with a 2-3 week turnaround). She continued to be incredibly rude and said Anthony wasn't in. She called him and referred to me as the wife of that "Veteran boy". My husband is a 40 year old man that has served his country proudly. Regardless of the veteran bit, there's no grown adult with an ounce of self awareness that needs to be told that you don't refer to other grown adults as "boy" or "girl". Anthony, who apparently was in the store, burst through the back and yelled "just cancel the whole order!!" I gladly did so. I'm bewildered at the treatment we received, and not only will we be not using them to outfit our patio, but our entire civilian and veteran community will not be using them as well. At the end of the day, life is short and you want to support good businesses and good people. Unfortunately, this is not Anthony's. I hope you consider this honest review and take your business elsewhere.

From the moment we walked in the woman working at the store on April 3rd was very rude and judging us with a demeaning behavior. It’s our first time (and last) in this store. Our 2 kids were with us and they were not misbehaving but she made a point to make rude comments towards us twice while in the store, basically asking us to leave. If your policy is no kids, then you should have a sign on your door. Just like you have a ‘wear face mask’ sign but all workers in the store were NOT wearing one. It was a very sad and awful experience that doesn’t happen very often. Please treat all your customers better. You have lost our business.
