I took my Mom in today to upgrade her iPhone. The person we worked with (female, first name begins with “N”) was rude and sullen. She basically asked which phone, how much memory and what color, then proceeded to hand my Mom a tablet and say “sign here.” I asked if we’d get a print out of what we were signing and without looking up she said “You’ll get today’s receipt.” When pressed, she backed up one screen where she had CHECKED THE AGREEMENT BOXES FOR US. We read through the agreements and asked for copies at which time she begrudgingly printed out the first agreement. When pressed, she printed out the others. In short, any question we asked was met with short answers and clear exasperation. When we got home, we found that we had agreed to a “Next up anytime upgrade feature” that was not explained in the print outs we received. This feature tacked on another $10 per month. I called her but she said she couldn’t help us and we’d have to go through the AT&T helpline. I called the helpdesk but will need to call back in 14 days b/c the agreement was in processing and couldn’t be modified at this time. The helpdesk agent also said that she should have read us several points regarding the upgrade feature. Lastly he said that he was sorry for the inconvenience and that this location is not directly run by AT&T. I do not recommend this location. They cannot be trusted to provide complete information.

Cody helped me get my z flip phone transferred to an iphone 16 pro max! I was scared it would be a hassle but he made it easy I will be going back!

Jordan can go kick rock. Terrible service. Did not listen to a single thing I said and bricked my phone because I didn’t buy one right then. Jordan thank you for leading me to Verizon. Do better.

I had a tremendously positive experience working with Cody today. He is the consummate professional. He jumped through all kinds of technical hurdles working with ATT Business to port one of my landlines to my ATT Wireless account. He was totally determined to accomplish my request despite the numerous hurdles. I really appreciate his efforts and successful outcome. Cody is a rockstar!

We came in on a Saturday to transfer service from our previous address to new address as we are moving out of Lakeway/Bee Cave TX.
Per AT&T Customer Care (over the phone help) - Instead of transferring service and keeping the same account with bundled cell phone and internet service like they should have - the in-store rep decided that it was more convenient and easier for them (not the customer) to cancel our old account and create us a new account for just internet....
This would have made us lose the bundled discount..... It sent us through a cycle of re-registering everything.... and it would have made us have 2 accounts open - which is entirely pointless and a hugeeee waste of time to correct and money wasted.
If your to Lazy and Untrained to do it the right way - just tell us to call customer care - it's ok! customers will get it!
Do yourself a favor AT&T users - if you're moving like we are - just call into AT&T customer care - and have them do it right the first time.
They even gave us 2 free months of internet for the trouble that the instore rep caused, which they didn't have to do.

Waited in this store for 15 minutes. 1 employee was helping a customer, but never greeted or acknowledged me. I sat and waited patiently for 10 minutes. Then another employee came out, who was apparently busy with mailing a box. He neither greeted or acknowledged me either. Finally, 15 minutes in to the experience, I left the store and will never go back.

DO NOT do business with this store. Andrew Weems, the at&t employee I gave my phone too, has stolen my phone. I traded my phone in and 6 months later still have not received my credit of $700 that was promised. I have been into the store 4 times to address this and they have done absolutely nothing about it each time i have gone in. Allegedly they have no record of my trade in now? My next step is to file a police report about this. Please do not ever go into this store or use at&t.

Customer service on this site is AWFUL! Do not try to order using their button that says order — you end up WHO KNOWS WHERE - and that customer service rep can’t help you! Absolutely ridiculous service— the person in the Lakeway Texas store was absolutely worthless— wouldn’t/ couldn’t help me with something as simple as a SCREEN PROTECTOR! Not rocket science people !!!

I came to AT&T and get patient and meticulous service when the SIM card expired I bought in China. AT&T gave me new card and kept the same phone number so that my friends and family could contact me.I am very satisfied with your service, I will still choose AT&T when I come to the United States next time.
