Caution: Big box medicine in Bee Cave. The doctors and staff are wonderful. This is meaningless though, because actually scheduling an appointment is very difficult. A date for an annual physical was not available for over 60 days. An in-person visit for an acute issue was not available for five days (weekend included). The online system is fine, but if you need to call, expect to be on hold for 30 minutes or more…many times I have just hung up as they never answer the call. Strange that our son’s pediatrician’s office answers the phone within seconds. So do all of our non-ARC associated specialists. Sadly, given the high-quality of the actual providers, the management of ARC is horrible, but that is modern “corporate medicine.”

Those 2 stars are for Lindsey and Seth. They were helpful when I went there for my foot. Dr. Wang acted though he didn't have time to spend with me. I left with no after care instructions or documentation of any kind. I will never go back there.

ARC Bee Cave was the home for my primary care for several years. I started going there once they opened their doors. As a healthy woman in my 20s, they served as a consistent go-to for minor health issues, physicals, and for referrals to specialty providers. My experience was OK for a long time and my provider was good at making sure billing was done correctly, Rx info was sent to the pharmacy quickly, and happy to make referrals. However, as Bee Cave and the surrounding area as grown, it has been increasingly difficult to get individualized attention of the providers there and to schedule appointments. I didn't feel like I had an ongoing relationship with the providers I saw there. At times, I felt like I was on a "patient conveyer belt". When I was dealing with a bigger medical issue a couple of years ago, I had to constantly (sometimes a couple of times a week) remind the same circle of medical staff what was going on, even if it was documented in my chart records. Recently, it took almost two years to be scheduled for a physical, which I ended up cancelling to go to another smaller family care provider last month that fit me in with ease.

My son was terminated as a patient by Dr. Christensen with zero notice. We didn’t know until we called to refill a prescription and they told us then. We have no clue why. They told me to call their “compliance department” which I did multiple times and never got a call back. Now, We keep getting text messages reminding us he needs a vaccine. Lol. We obviously found a new doctor.I tried calling 3 times today after getting these texts and the “compliance department” phone number just rings and rings. How can anyone trust the care of their loved ones to a place who can’t even communicate?

I’m not sure why the reviews are so low on the clinic. We have had an amazing experience with Dr. Nugent. He is kind, patient and genuinely cares about the overall well-being of his patients. We were referred to a specialist who couldn’t see us for a week, we sent a message on My Chart to Dr. Nugent asking if there were any other options and within an hour the nurse called to let us know they would work on it first thing in the morning (it was past 5 at this point). Many thanks to the staff at this office.

I gave an extra star because, when you can see him (!) Dr. Enloe is a great doctor. He was my PCP. But I have to find someone else because I can never get in to see him. I have a fever and needed to go to urgent care because his availability doesn't even show on MyChart. Then I was trying to look at availability for a physical and the earliest appointment is March 17th (it's currently January 18th). I can't have a PCP that I can never see. What's the point of that?Relatedly, it's impossible to reach the office. They have an impenetrable phone tree that you usually just ending up having someone call you back anyway. It's just bad service. Doesn't matter how good your doctors are if you can never reach them or see them.

my wife was sick a week ago & it came back this week. she went to the dr and saw dr. pratt. after telling her MA her symptoms she said “ let me see what the dr says because it’s already been a week so idk if she will test you” as she was walking out. when the dr came in she thankfully wanted her to get tested however prescribed me no medication and told her to take otc medication. after 2 days of doing that and no change we made a telemedicine visit with a different dr at a different office which were much more helpful over the phone than these people were in person, not to mention my wife messaged the MA about her ear pain and the MA said something back about nasal spray?? for her ears… we will not be returning.

This ARC and Dr Prat are some of the most incompetent healthcare providers I have ever dealt with. No body will answer the phone, nobody will respond to messages through the portal. My wife has been violently Ill for 9 days with what turns out to Ecoli. We have sent several messages and not one single person has the common decency to respond to us. I would be embarrassed to work here. Look elsewhere for your healthcare!

Front desk so customer friendly. V efficient. Doc Nugent addressed all issues, excellent advice. Blood draw perfect / I was airborne medic many years ago. But Roshonda (sp.?) was absolutely superb. Had two vials drawn in LT one minute, painlessly. Thank y'all much. It was a pleasure to be there today; took care of three items. All 5 staff I dealt with were so nice, efficient, and effective. Time we'll spent! Superb staff !!! 5 Jd

UPDATE: Dr. Wang did call the same day I posted the below review. He apologized for not getting back to me sooner. He spent some additional time answering some questions I had related to side-affects. Overall, this issue is resolved, and I appreciate Dr. Wang getting back to me. After seeing Dr. Wang for an illness I was experiencing on 9/22 I was written a Rx. The directions on the Rx said 1 pill 2x a day for 5 days. To me that means I was supposed to take a total of 10 pills. The only problem is that there were only 5 pills in the bottle when I picked it up. I called my pharmacist and was told that the directions that came over from ARC showed that the quantity was to be 5 and the directions were written out exactly as I they were printed on my Rx. This means that the pharmacy got it right, but Dr. Wang (et al) got it wrong. After finally speaking to a nurse late on 9/23 I was told she would leave a msg for Dr. Wang and get back to me. It didn't make sense to her either. It is now 9/26 I haven't heard from a sole. Luckily, this isn't a life or death medication. Had it been I don't know what I would have done. Terrible!

Corporate and impersonal. Very money rather than patient oriented. Refused to see me or even give me advice other than go to the ER if I thought I was close to dying during Covid pandemic. Neighbor told me what her doctor advised and I got better.

I was seen for a medical condition.Dr. Wang was not confidant in his ability to diagnose me so he referred me to a specialist. I was told that I would need to have a specialist fill out the short term disability paperwork for the work I missed due to the condition. When the specialist told me (before getting my sleep test back from me and even seeing the results) that the paperwork had to be filled out by a primary care provider for the time I was sick, I tried to see if Dr. Wang would be willing to write a note to my specialist saying that it’s up to the specialist since he didn’t feel confident in his knowledge on my condition. Instead, The nurse for Dr. Wang accused me of fraud when I was just asking if I could get a note from them to the neurologist that I’m seeing. She told me that “they won’t risk their licenses for you”. I feel belittled and accused of being a liar just for trying to have them fill out information about the visits I had for Cigna.

I was skeptical with the reviews at first but the visit was fast and easy. The doctor was very informative and the ladies at the desk were very efficient in my opinion. The phlebotomist was amazing too!
