The customer service this weekend was outstanding! The team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and proactive in making sure I found exactly what I needed. They went above and beyond by bringing out different sizes and colors from the back. Truly one of the best shopping experiences!

Super unfriendly management. Had a return and was treated as if I was asking them to refund me more than I paid. The woman behind the counter sniffed the shirt I was returning to see if it had been washed and determined that it had been washed and was unwilling to return or give store credit. I spend a lot of money at this store what a horrible experience.

Clothing was great good deals, customer service could have been better. I worked at a BR for two years, and what I got here definitely would not have been acceptable at my old store.
