Every single time my employees go in to make deposits, Sergio the bank teller, tells them how unfortunate it is that we make him do this in the middle of the day.It's really sad to see someone working in customer service who makes my team feel bad for literally just following protocol.I'd like for the comments to stop and for Sergio, or any other bank teller assisting To just do what we need and we will be out of your hair.

Bank of America in Bee Cave 12400 W Hwy 71 is the best! They are always willing to help out and are extremely welcoming. Bridget Brightwell is professional and very knowledgable of ALL things banking. Friendly, helpful, personable and amazing. Every bank should have a Bridget Brightwell.

I've been a Bank of America customer for going on over 11 years and today I was just told by the financial center manager "Christina Clynes" that the cashier check I received over nighted to me by PNC corporate with a letter from them apologizing for the mess up on their part was a fake and she could not accept it and I would have to call PNC a and have them reissue me another one in order for her to accept it. I can honestly say out of all the years I've been with BOA this is the first time I have ever been so disrespected and treated in such a manner almost like I was a criminal and committing fraud. She did not even want to help me out or try to help me out. She could have made a call to the corporate office which the number was on the paper and confirmed this but instead chose to treat me like I was nothing and a nobody. Thanks to Mrs.Clynes actions and disrespect towards me I will be closing yet another BOA account!I'm sorry but when you allow your management to treat people this way that are long standing customers that is NO good

This week I took my son to the Bee Cave branch to open his first checking account. I had forgotten to make an appointment, but we were still taken into an office right away. Pam did a great job setting up the account. Antonio also assisted and they were both incredibly friendly and helpful. I have been to this branch about 5 times and have always had quick, friendly service.

Awful. Only 1 teller for inside lobby and cars. Impossible to get the bills I want. The atm only gives 20s and I'm not waiting an hour. Ridiculous. Moving all my money to wells

The WORST bank ever! Every visit to this branch ends up an hour wait just for something simple, like depositing a dang check. They always have ONE EMPLOYEE working as a teller no matter how long you've been standing there. You'd think they'd hire more than one person to do this sort of job, right? Also, there is no drive-thru!

It has been 40 years since I opened an account in Bank of America at Houston, and I have always felt that it is smooth and convenient. However, I have rarely entered the bank in recent years. Today I went to this bank wondering to apply for many affairs, and it was handled by the financial center manager Christina Clynes. I and my wife together asked for debit card regeneration, apply for credit supplementary cards, print new checkbooks, and withdraw cash of various currencies, although our English is not smooth, the manager is very patient and responsible to answer all questions in detail throughout the process, ensuring customers The security of our account is guaranteed, and we are very touched by her professionalism. Bank of America's excellent service to customers makes me proud of owning their accounts so far. I write this to express our high respect for the hard service will of these wonderful employees!

walked into this branch today to ask about putting a stop on checks for an existing account. quickly sat with ms. clynes, who explained options and helped me set account alerts to avoid a stop check fee. greatly appreciate her efficiency and assistance!

The staff is fantastic and always friendly. When my dad came down with cancer, they sent him a gift basket to his home! We own a business and have been going to this bank for over ten years. The staff has treated us like family and went out of their way to help us with all our investments and banking needs! Some of these reviews are not what I've experienced at all.
